Boeing 777，Economy comfor座位，哪个最好？
现在在31F和31H之间犹豫。
SeatGuru上说，31F有restricted legroom, 又说，常分给带小孩（有摇篮？）的旅客
。我不很明白，如果给带婴儿旅客的话，那它地方应该大一些，但为什么说是
restricted legroom呢？31F和31H哪个地方更大？它们是第一排的座位，是不是都比后
几排的的强一点？

说的太对了。根据我体会，这个可以用在business的很多方面。比如说，同样付出的努
力，方向对了，就赚大钱，方向错了，就只能赚小钱或者亏损了。（国内乐淘原先做玩
具，后来转轨卖鞋，就印证了这个). 科研也一样，方向对了，你就得诺贝尔奖了，方
向错了，苦逼的N年也不一定有啥成果。有些领域饱和了，所以，再往上做的，都属于
marginal benefit, 所以，难度大，还不容易出成绩.
个人来说，行业和行业在不同时期的增长都有不同的，所以，选择啥行业或者啥细分行
业，来工作或者创业，都是非常重要的。老话说的好，叫做， 男怕入错行。就是这个
道理。
"个人的特质适合做什么"
这个advice太重要了。我理解的就是，我能做什么，什么对于我来说觉得是comforable
的。这样最容易成功。
"电子商务拼的就是成本控制"
没错，因为技术含量不太高，无非也就是靠良好的运营，当然里面软件编程也是特别重
要的。因为可以省去很多人工的费用。
但我觉得，电商这个领域是需要不少资金的，小团队玩儿不转啊。即使挣了钱，但也要
