【侨报纽约网报道】对广大家长而言，最关心的莫过于自家孩子的学区问题。
Noche.com网站近日分别公布了2016年全美和纽约州最佳学区排名榜单，望子成龙、望
女成凤的家长果断看过来！
根据Patch.com网站报道，除了对各大高中学区进行整体排名外，Niche网站还对在
不同领域见长的校区进行排名，涉及领域包括：课外活动、学校实施、学生食物、校绩
表现和体育运动等方面。
据悉，Niche网站根据大量统计数据以及来自30万名学生家长的2700万条建议，分
析得出最佳学区排名结果。
其中，纽约州最佳学区当属长岛Oyster Bay的Jericho School District，该学区
在全美学区排名为第三位。

其中超过四分之一在长岛工作。而全州有近8000名退休人员一年可领退休金10万元以上。
纽约新闻日报报导，其中，长岛一位已休退学监的退休金可领32万5854元，一名已退休
皇后学院历史教授的退休金更高达56万1286元。多数公职人员退休福利可免州税，除非
他们迁离纽约州。同时，许多退休公教人员后半辈子可免费享有健保。许多人在过世后

区比syosset差多少? 还有仅仅考虑较学区的话, plainview 和 commack 学区比起来

发帖数: 2932 | 25 plainview 靠北边，manetto hill 以北较好，房价也和syosset一样贵。学区比
syosset统计意义上差点,但不多。感觉部分原因在于华人比例没有syosset多。
plainview的家庭收入中位数比syosset好像还高点。
如果仅从房价考虑，你完全可以考虑syosset，因为plainview的同等级别的房子和
syosset差不多。问题在于syosset的地税要比plainview高不少，14k比比皆是。这个你
上county的网站上查就知道了。房价你现在付出，将来卖房时还是你的，地税就完全贡
献给学区了
commack不清楚，印象里也不差，你可以把每年intel和西门子的semi finalist的名单
找来看一遍，就大致有谱了。 |

Huntington也还可以，但Huntington Station不好。
Dix Hills，不要到南面去，非裔人很多很多。
