I guess 'git reset --soft' is invalid, you have to tell git how many commits
you want to rest 'softly', like, 'git reset --soft HEAD~1', which 'softly'
resets your last commit. When you do reset 'softly' and HEAD~1, the files

的TOP10球员 （以下TOP10排名按247composite）
#1 Anthony Cook CB
Raw talent不是这届德州球员里最好的，但是技术是最好的，而且完全高处高中水平的
好，所以基本上一上来打比赛是没有问题的，这也是他为什么长期霸占这届球员里德州
头号的位置。
预测八盖，因为八盖这几年DB的选秀实在是太吸引人了，次选门森，同样因为门森今年
的DB选秀很好。备选长角，一则他要看看今年长角的成绩，二则，家里人给点压力，让
他留在家里，所以长角也不是完全没机会，但希望不大。

git commit --amend 把当前added 但没commit的内容贴到上个commit里
git rebase -i HEAD^ #N 这个是特别有用的命令，对当前N个commit进行Squash skip
edit等操作整合
git rebase --interactive #commit sha1 跳跃到以前的某个commit进行修改
git branch 创建local新的branch
git reset HEAD^ 这个我很喜欢， 就是把最当前的commit 解散
git checkout -b #remote branch name， checkout branch 到本地
git tag 每次release 最好tag起来以方便随后refer
git reflog 这个是最救命的命令。它显示所有commit过的记录，就算不小心删除了个
branch或者amend 或者rebase搞混乱了，照样可以从这个命令里找到以前的commit id
从而cherry pick 回来

commitment。LZ如果收到的是rate lock commitment，并且没过期，那么就可以理直气
壮地去找银行要这个rate，一般broker是无权出commitment的，都是lender出的。不过
，如果手上的是prevailing rate commitment，那么表示出具commitment的时候还没有
锁利息，只能锁现在的rate去close purchase了。
锁rate和commitment没有必然的联系，银行在clear了所有closing之前的condition之
后就可以出具commitment，如果已经锁了利息，就是rate lock commitment，如果尚未
lock rate，就是prevailing rate commitment。
一般purchase，在确认loan基本没问题的情况下就可以lock rate，当然需要borrower
同意lock，之后应出具rate lock agreement。

学了这个以后再看啥都不怎么顺眼了。
其实那个IO monad，本质上来说还是procedural的，不信你随便找个带网络通信的
haskell代码看，大段大段的披着functional
马甲的procedural code。下面随便贴几行用haskell写的gitlib里面的代码为证。
Monad transformer这东西我现在已经忘了怎么回事了，不过if-then-else-throw还是
直接就能看懂的。这段代码用C++/java/python哪个写都会看起来比haskell更加清楚。
