买过板上推荐的sennheiser pxc 450，效果还是差多了
qc15的降噪和佩戴基本无敌，well worth the money
音质的话，只能说一般，对不起这个高价
但是如果你主要communte用，噪音环境下，就是音质再好的耳机也没用啊 |

BUDGET范围内能看的过去的房子不多，所以挺想买这个房子的。
优点：学区不错，我和老公上班communte都不远（开车15~20分钟），房子挺大，前房
主维护的也挺好，内部装修不错，房子在DEAD END，家有两个小小孩，我们都觉得DEAD
END比较安全。
缺点：LOT比较小（0.23 AC），后院比我们期待的要小；只有一个车库；只有两个FULL
BATH，楼上一个楼下一个；这个房子是今年1月12日上市的，已经在market上待了三个
多月了，不知道为什么一直没卖出去。
房子的上市出价是$595,000，3月份降到$550,000，我们OFFER出的$500,000，他们
COUNTER回来$530,000，我们又COUNTER回去$510,000，现在他们再次COUNTER回来$525,000加上附送很多家具。我们的代理说通常开始附送家具说明砍价的余地已经不大了。
打算明天再去仔细看一下家具。
因为是屋主改造加盖的房子，没有太多可供参考的相似成交价，小区里有一个类似的但

最早,我也是觉得国内孩子太辛苦,在美国可以有个相对轻松的成长环境...所以
1. 即使最困难的时候,我们也从没舍得把孩子送回国内让老人帮着看.
2. 即使幼儿园的费用远远超出了我们的预算,我们也是坚持只送最好的幼儿园.
3.没买房子前,即使房租再贵,我们也坚持住在距离公司和幼儿园都很近的地方,为的是
省下communte time,孩子至少每天可以多睡两个小时,我们即使再忙也准时到家花尽可
能多的时间陪着孩子一起玩儿,一起学习,一起做尽可能的事情.
4. 即使再穷,我们每年也都抽时间陪孩子到欧洲休假,回国休假等.
但现在慢慢在考虑孩子的将来了, 很赞同fresh103说的:"人一辈子的幸福前10几年靠父
母，中30年靠自己，后几十年靠家庭”
我们也是千军万马独木桥考过来的,所以自然也不希望孩子那么辛苦. 但换句话说,我们
已经为孩子创造了我们当年完全不具备的条件(大家都知道北京跟外地考生的成绩是有
很大差别的),如果一味地只想让孩子生活在轻松的环境里,长大了遇到风浪她真地有抵
抗力吗?

假忒多了. 能有个假就一定放.
不过你们还是不要谈这个了, 再谈的话, downtown的房托都插不上话了. 还是继续现实
点谈SL elementary吧.
我同意, 北面randolph最东的几个房子还是不错的, 物美价廉, 南面的condo和
townhouse首推museum park的, 质量好, 离地铁站远一点点,天使闲逛的少点. 要是在
市中心上班不错, 要是在郊区或者west loop上班就算了, communte太远. SL还要小心,
和naperville的北面一样, 人口变化大, 学校经常有重新划分的危险. 而且没人可以
预料到时的变化.现在娃都没有的, 到时什么样子都不知道啊. 小心为上, 作为投资的
话还可以, 学区房没人能保证, 到时你的房子给划到其他地方去了, 哭都哭不出来.
发誓要让娃考上gifted, 就逼娃天天kumo吧, 而且Skinner west和north都离SL太远了,
还不如住west loop, 去lake的日子有几天啊? 停车费没几个钱啊. 说了这... 阅读全帖 |

好学区，治安好，白人中产区。
city 有高尔夫车道的，买菜，血拼，送子女上学，钓鱼，开高尔夫车就可以四通八达
了。买车的钱都省下了(*^__^*) 。。
房价也不高，25万可以买很气派的房子了。
缺点是离华人区比较远，好的中餐馆啦，亚洲超市啦都离的比较远。 |

yeah, we also check the areas you mentioned which we live right now and so
far those SH in the market tend to be expensive and very old. i will see,

single family house over 1500sqrt good enough schools, rancho is the only
place. Communting from rancho to la downtown by train is about 1 hr.
If you are ok with townhouse condo, temple city is possible as well.
