是指communte）很容易，差区换好区就很困难。房价升的时候，好区升得比差区快，你
的down payment 不够了，除非你另外有一笔资金。房价降的时候，差区降得比好区快
，你的down payment 还是不够。而湾区的房价不是升就是降，房价走平的时候很少，
很短。所以才有“宁买好区的小黑屋，不买差区的高大上”一说。 |

with affordable price in kirkland (most are split-level).
As I know in Junita area, there are some new houses, not sur about schools,
My agent told me: offcourse, Bridalpath is the best, then West/East market
is good, the neighbourhood nearby beach area.
For me ,Finhill is not bad, but to far interms of communte......
I eventually bought hose in south of Belleuve.

雅图出发，周日下午5-6点之间离开波特兰返回西雅图。This is more for a talktive
company to get through the 3.5h drive. Sharing of gas expense is not

communte。 我就听说一个人，住在redmond ridge, 到市内高峰时间单程需要2个小时
，不得不从Amazon换到别的公司。 FYI， 有同事下班从西雅图到Bothell 一般要1个
半小时。 |

If it is in Southlake, might go I121 south to 183, I can't
try it cos I am not in that area ... lol
But I won't think 25 - 30 miles communte is TOO far, most of
my colleagues are in that range, or even farthur.

the best communte to downtown among all major freeways, and still is a
master planned community that has the suburb feel. We like our community
very much. However, not many Chinese live here though (we know 2-3 families
in our neighhoods so far), that's probably the reason the schools may not be
as highly rated as the ones in Katy or Sugarland :) The new Fall creek

this is the school list i am talking about.
It depends. Most of Chinese like big and new houses in Plano/Frisco/Allen so
they choose there but suffer from the communte. If you really want to stay
there, it is not that bad. just waste some time in driving everyday......
U can look at the above schools and just a warning:
the good houses in good location in Dallas are much more expensive but you
can get more time with your family.

communte不担心被惦记二来想作为以后touring的车。看了一圈craigslist，合适的架
子都是很老的road bike的，不太合适以后装东西，不知道哪里有卖适合改装的车？ |

先是搬家到公司附近，住downtown的loft，又贵环境也不怎么样，每天中午回家一个小
时溜狗，后来换工作，就因为给狗搬家租了个带院子的房子，那个工作离那communte方
便，呵呵 |

同马力选的话，如果communte一直要跑local，traffic多，常需要中低速短平快的抢车
头，肯定上v6。
如果车少速度快，或者山区有坡，那就上turbo。
说穿了还是发动机响应速度和最大动力的取舍。 |

to settle - where are some balanced places to live for the family?
I heard Cupertino, PA schools are very competitive and dominant by Asians,
I just don't know if my kid can do well in that type of environment.So far I
think Los Gatos might be a good choice but it's not a business center like
