怀孕被layoff 了,有一段时间的working transferring period,公司同意keep我到
delivery baby时，然后之后的maternity leave是公司相关的保险公司付，再有几个月
的compensation package. 但我的H1B也几乎正好生宝宝的时候到期。
现在公司的HR说咨询了移民律师让我一旦H1B到期就转H4，公司不想续我的H1B，说是因
为H1B是based on 有工作的位子。而我的工作在生宝宝的那天开始就没有了。
现在我的问题是:如果转了H4的身份还能拿maternity leave+ compen |

聊了有1个半小时，花了40分钟作了一个test, words, reading, math and a
reasoning part, words做的巨烂，不过通过还是没问题的。总结几点
1，最低要求，485 pending就可以
2，福利非常好，比如说，全家都有discounted travel, LAX到东京 $28
3, 可以按你的要求选择服役地点，每周末都能回家，15个月后，可以进后备役，相当
于part time只是周末去，还给钱。
4，半年可以从485 pending到入籍，包括家属，不受任何移民局的影响。
5，除了薪水，bonus还有housing compen |

定一定是要在host上做，要不然每个人有自己的判定一定乱套了。COD以前没有dedicat
ed server，所以做host的玩家有所谓的“host advantage”。BO2开始引入lag compen
sation，为了抵消host advantage，结果搞成了"host disavantage"。游戏中host mig
ration的比例大大提高，因为host都rage quit了。职业online tournament大家都不想
做host。这都是说明network lag的问题一直都是FPS最大的问题。LAN tournament要好
很多，因为lag很小，这时候display lag可能才更值得关注。

电视display的lag 和网战lag比起来是可以忽略的， 单人游戏display的lag根本就不
是问题
不管是host或者dedicated server， lag 一样存在，server 稍微好点
所以要lag compensation， 数据传输不是水流一般， 而是一包一包传的
包和包之间的latency有时比ping值更重要
