该怎样做？这个.msi 文件 的名字是xxx-setup，我試着打开它， 但是install .msi
文件的窗口就跳出来了。这个.msi 文件是.exe 文件吗？我需要安装它吗？ 我google
了下.msi, 可是还不是很明白。

我需要把.net project deploy到另一个 remote server，那边的人说需要我们提供
MSI file(compile those 2 together)，然后他们可以deploy到server上,
所以我不是很明白。我试着建了一个新的 MSI Setup project，然后把现有的.msi
file加进去，再和.net project 一起 compile，不知道这样对吗？

.7) and override the default versions (glibc 2.13 and gcc 4.5) under fc14,
will programs compiles using old versions have problem?
do not want to upgrade to higher versions of fedora, but still need to use
some programs that require newer versions of glibc/gcc

to be compiled. Since I am not using Visual Studio, I need to do it by
myself. tried to compile with bjam and boost.build, it simply doesn't work.

actually, even bar() is virtual but added by Derived, through base class pointer to call it, is a compile time error. you can downcast using

I met a strange issue when creating a shared library using libtool.
In this project,I am using two C files, base.c and base2.c, and one H header
file,base.h, to create libbasefunc.so. All the function declarations are
done in the header file and the function implementations are done in these
two C files.
In another project, some functions in libbasefunc.so will be called in other
C files which are used to create another shared library libinstance.so.

但是JAVA和C#，看不到任何的赚钱的可能，反倒每年这些compiler都需要大量人力物力
去维护和增加新的功能。如果C#能全面压倒JAVA，难道微软就能赚大钱？现在JAVA占优
，也没看甲骨文占了多大便宜？ |

The reason is that GCC doesn't have good support for STL.
So, Linux is definitely out of consideration. I kinda
like SGI C++ or Solaris C++ compilers for their support
of STL. But, is there a Irix for PC? How is the option
of buying a dedicated Unix machine (under $500)?

I have installed the cxterm successfuly tonight! 哈哈~
Here are the steps:
1. go to /cxterm-5.0 and run config.sh
2. if you get the '-w' error message, then cd /scripts
3. chmod u+w compile.sh then vi compile.sh (delete all the '-f' options
in it)
4. go to /cxterm-5.0
5. run config.sh and you will find the error messages have changed.
then choose '0' and 'no' to quit the installation.
6. vi all the Makefiles (in /cxterm-5.0 /dict /fonts /utils
/cxterm)
(1. change CC = cc to CC = gcc
