怜,见照片。脾气也很糟,可能是很难受吧。vet诊断为feline eosinophilic granuloma complex,认为是
鸡肉过敏,免疫系统问题。(我不大相信,因为他从小就吃鸡肉,几年都没有问题,我做了很多research, 可惜
这个病因到目前兽医学界无解。)开了prednisolone tablets 和消炎药 Calvamox. 每个月都要去拿药,直到
第二年七月 (长期吃predinsolone对肾不好,急死人了),医生看还没好转,就开了一个极贵的猛药
(steroid类的人药,未经认证为猫药,我不能推荐),吃了一次,jojo反应强烈,吃完药马上大吐,吐了很多
hairball. 然后就慢慢就好了。
这期间吃了一年的Royal Canin的鸭子处方粮, 贵也没办法,认了。最难办的是他的妹妹吃的是不同的粮
(Wellness,有鸡的成分),每次吃饭必须隔离,但都闻出来对方吃的不同,相互嫉妒,经常打架,那段时间

关键是complex core, 像PRC1,Ring1b没了其它RNA虽没多大变化,但蛋白就基本不表

要是我,我会先盯着A和B做。最好的办法是用Purified protein来PD,也只有这样才能
证明是direct interaction。因为你在in vivo能把B拉下来,所以如果AB是直接相互作
用的话,在In vitro,应该也能PD下来。 |

能性就不大了。各位说的都很有道理:
Shakuras说的DNA长度的问题,目前很多人做的(Bulyk @ Harvard)都只是10-mer,至
于想模拟chromatin之类那么长的DNA我觉得很难。
难道是个悲剧。。。。这个project挺有意思的,以前发过贴问过版上各位可惜没人回
复。
即将拿到ChIP-seq的数据,但是不知道下一步怎么走。如各位说的:
怎样Purify specific的TFs complex,太难了。
