昨天收到信"notice of failure to comply"，说我没有按时“answer the ticket(by
appearing in the court, entering a plea or paying the fine within the
prescribed time limit)”。信里让我让我再选择一下认不认罪，连着寄回去￥100
fine 和￥85 surcharge。
请问各位高手，这钱是超速的钱，还是罚failure to comply的钱？我的罚单明明寄回
去认罪了，我没有failure to comply 啊。。按着信上法官的电话打过去想问问，一直
没人接，我应该怎么处理？

就认了。第二张这个还要加2点，很不爽。

车上，反光很强，又是一黑色的车，没有看到车上的police字，加上这车前后都装有架
子，我以为是service car 出了故障，正好停在交叉路口，我看这车到路边的距离容许
我的车通过，就慢慢地开过去，开到我的车过了那车的一半，那车的门开了，一个女警

，我丛来没有想过敢于不听警察的命令，第一，警车的标示不明显，黑车+棕色的字+早

resposibility to make the policer ordder clear to people.2.交通法有没有规定
，如果警车闪灯，车就不可以从它边上通过？我经常看到警车停在路上闪着灯，我都减

On Sunday, United Airlines passenger David Dao was forcibly removed from
his United Airlines flight when he refused to relinquish his seat. The

SEOUL—The Constitutional Court ruled Thursday that a law requiring South
Koreans to use their real names on Internet forums was unconstitutional,
forcing the government to change the five-year-old regulation created to
reduce anonymous criticism of politicians and celebrities.
The court said the requirement amounts to prior censorship. It also said the
law violated citizens' privacy, was technically difficult to enforce and
was ineffective at stopping online criticism.
