我一个朋友2017年8月因为突发紧急情况，所以使用了acadian ambulance serviec服务
，总共账单1800刀。从那之后，顶多一个月就会收到billing service company（好像
是acadian外包给这个billing service 公司）寄来的账单。大家都知道在美国，保险
公司报的很慢。但是这个billing servicec company就特别没耐心，一直给朋友发信，
说再不交钱，就把你的账单送到collection公司。
我朋友有两个保险，第一个保险已经报了，现在第二个保险正在报，但是billing
servicec company就没耐心。威胁我朋友说，只给你30天，30天之内如果在没收到
payment的话，就把你送到collection公司。（估计两个保险报下来还要交800刀的样子）
我朋友给这个billing servicec compnay 打电话，说肯定给你付这个账单，不过因为

我朋友一直和这个billing service compnay关于账单问题保持紧密的联系。现在第二
个保险还没有报下来，这个billing service compnay就催着赶紧交第一个保险没cover
的1000多块钱。
另外，和这个billing service compnay就分期付款一直谈不拢，billing service
compnay一直坚称必须每个月至少付100刀，否则就送collection。替朋友问一下，这种
情况怎么办，求点建议？

As I understand it, the Drive Easy Plan (which has supplanted Real Driver)
is actually a "3rd-Party" product, described as a "Mechanical Failure
Service Contract Plan" in VW's brochure. The fine print states that it's
administered by Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. of Deerfield Beach, Florida
, which is an after-market provider apparently licensed by VW to provide "
extended warranty" coverage through its dealers.

都是跑跑腿的功能，真正想赢，你自己一定要对照法律条款一条条研究，一条条找证据
不漏声色，用事实说话，律师走个法律过程替你出庭省时间，这是我的不多经验。

我这里，通常如果房客不续租约，在最后1、2个月内你要求showing是很正常的，你给
了24H notice，房客没理由拒绝你带人去看房。要看你和房客的关系如何，最好是和房
客协商好。 |

least you can do is to try work harder by coming early and leaving a little
late, and stay a little more active and see if manager changes his mind.
Bloomberg's medical benefit is very good, as I heard. The pay is OK.
Nowadays finanical compnay all cuting cost on human resources, so it is hard
to find a very good package in finacail industry.

read your purchase contract carefully if there is any penalty to change
mortgage compnay. Normally big builder won't do this (charge you money if
you change mortgage company) and this is against the law.
另外, 6月底close然后7月初就refinance不合算, unless the interest rate drops
by 2 points. |

子断电了一下，不到一秒的样子，之后一切正常，但是过了一会发现空调出的风不冷，
温度也不变。今天又重新合了一次闸，也没什么用。现在的情况是开空调的时候，室外
机不工作，出风口出的风不冷。空调15年旧。个人感觉不像是漏氟利昂吧，应该是电路
的问题？不知道下一步应该怎么办？多谢
