发帖数: 389 | 2 我的空调问题比较奇怪 --- 大约一个月前同样的问题出现过，室内各个房间的通风口
能够吹出流动的空气，但不是冷空气；与此同时室外的compressor风扇不转动，没有一
点动静；我upset了几天，什么也没有动过，只过了几天，它居然又重新开始吹冷风了！
今天却又故技重演，compressor又不动了。
想不通是什么原因。但是每次发生这样的事情，时间上都和Verizon的技工到我门外安
线吻合。上次也是Verizon来了以后空调就不吹冷风了。BTW，室外compressor的开关和
Verizon的线挤在一起，都在墙角。我看了compressor的开关盒，电闸是呈“ON"状态的。
Compressor这样无缘无故的不运作，然后又无缘无故的运作，接着有不运作，会是什么
原因呢？
会不会是Verizon的人来了，把电闸关掉，然后什么地方跳闸了我不知道？
会不会是compressor快寿终正寝了，上次是它自己回光返照？
请指教，另外，compressor里面那些零件换掉，甚至compressor也换掉的话，大概cost
多少？包括人工？ |

说是要先加有色冷气看是哪里漏了，这个要收我50
结果加了以后，今天告诉我说看到我的compressor震动剧烈
应该是compressor的问题，要换compressor,收费是:
如果换二手的compressor,parts加labor 300块
如果换全新的，parts+labor 530块
我在网上查了一下，advanced auto parts卖的符合我的车型的二手compressor 210多，
auto zone的全新的也不到300（有比较贵的能有300多），所以我就问车铺怎么他们报的
价贵，他们说他们从来不用autozone的，因为那里的质量不好，经常漏。
如果我自己去买来他们给换也可以，labor要收我140左右的样子
我有联系了下别间口碑还可以的车铺，报价竟然更贵，570
最后我砍了下价， 500块让第一间车铺换全新的
我想问下
1.有没可能我的compressor并不是很大的问题，却被他们说成必须更换以牟利？
2.他们说的关于autozone的compressor不好，还是他们自己进的货质量好这种话是否可
信？也就是说最后我让他们负责购买 |

基本情况，2003 es300
有次开车一整天，天气很热，一直开空调，ac灯亮说让查压缩机
到了一个修车铺查，说是reed valve正常老化。
要换compressor $700
condenser $250
再加上换freon和手工一共1.6k
几个要请教的问题
1.为什么reed valve老化要换condenser？
2.上网查了一下compressor OEM的compressor价格也就两三百，是不是这家店黑？能自
己买个compressor找个修车铺装么？
3.回来之后空调工作又好了，是reed valve老化了但还可以用么？暂时不修，以后再修
会更贵么？自己感觉就最多换整个compressor
也考虑过DIY，不过要vaccum和line，可能还是要修车铺。

我认识的车铺很实在，我去那儿修从来没有出现过问题，AAA给我保价以后
我就拿着去，他们给我一条一条分析那个是需要的，那个是AAA故意要我钱的。
回到这个空调，compressor密封坏了只能换，不能修
他们给我的quote和去advance auto parts自己买一样，是200
然后人工1个小时50，R134，flush空调油和抽真空等等50
一共要了300+tax
而且compressor warranty一年
如果你在advance auto parts自己买，他们又自己的特殊要求
比如你的空调其他部件也必须从advance auto parts买
如果你没有这么做，即使是新的compressor，他们会不承认warranty
要小心 |

后来在铺子里看到一个compressor
问老板是我的吧
他看了看说是

他说拿走要加50块钱；我就问为什么拿走旧的还要加50
他说如果旧的拿走，卖新的compressor给他的地方要收他50块。
我觉得这好像很牵强，不过看他确实不愿意给我就算了
大家说说这样正常否？还是说可能那个旧compressor没什么大毛病
本来稍微一鼓捣就能弄好，现在他给我换个新的，还能把旧的修好后转手卖200多？

发帖数: 2499 | 9 症状：空调时不时好用，一般刚启动好用，开个十几分钟半个小时明显感觉冷风没有了
，通常发生在踩油门或者踩刹车的时候。空调关一会儿，或者停车重新启动一般会好。
拿加氟利昂的kit测一下气压，应该不是氟利昂level的问题。 上网search一下，基本
确定是compressor的clutch不给力。
验证:开了几分钟，ac又不work了，停车，开盖，果然，compressor的轮子不转。拿了
个木棍，轻轻一敲，马上转起来。回车里一看，冷风来了（切记，铁棍木棍都可以，不
可以用手！）
熄火，拿测厚度的feeler gauge（测火花塞gap的圆形铁片也可以）测了一下缝隙的厚
度，0.9mm，远远大于0.3-0.6的标准，确定是橡胶老化（变薄）compressor clutch挂
不上。
给远在东岸的BMW工作的哥们儿打电话，结果告知这种情况只能换compressor，花费就
不提了，我宁愿开窗跑。
修理：受网上WSN的启发，决定自己修。冥思苦想终于算出0.9-0.6=0.3mm LOL，于是上

is $239 and for $100 its a steal to me. Plus, if you don't like it the
seller gives you 30 days to return it. It's got some good reviews on amazon
and Lowe's website. Looks like a decent compressor for light-moderate duty
tasks around the home. I'd be all over this if I didn't already own a Porter

们拿回去翻新再卖给别人。
如果差一半价格的话，我可能会去junk yard和ebay。
弱弱地问一嘴，啥车修了7,8年啊？
garage咋样，我没去过，也不多加评论了，你自己衡量。
fuse没啥故障不故障，断了就是断了，拿万用表也可以测，不如专用的tester方便而已。
查电压主要是看看是不是线路的问题，如果线路没问题，那就是compressor挂了，或者
compressor的clutch挂了（松了），估计你也不是自己修，就不往细节讲了
compressor的clutch一般没有单独卖的，你看的很可能是手动挡的clutch，不是一个东西 |

2000 年的 saturn, 空调坏了。修车行说要换 compressor, 新的店里要260, 旧的从
junk jard 买，要125, 一半价格。请问 a/c compressor 用旧的有关系吗？现在这个
车 mileage 较低， engine 和 transmission 都 strong。又非常省油，觉得再开 4,
5年没有任何问题。如果 旧的 compressor 也可以用5 年以上，就买旧的了。请教大牛

gun，才发现根本就不会用。
1. 是不是墙上那个管子拿下来接在nail gun的屁股上？如图一，从哪个部分开始拧？
2. 我给air compressor充气的时候，半天才到80，满刻度大概是170的样子。关掉后
，马上就开始掉，不到20分钟就降到0了，是否正常。unit是什么？
3. 另外注意到一个pressure control的knob，如图二。右边是on，左边是off。这个
到底是干嘛用的。
4. 根据nail gun的说明书，最好的工作气压是70psi，air compressor 怎么控制这个

我觉得你的决定是对的，500$要是修好了，也值了。你自己带part车铺装上不给保修，
回头他们弄坏了，愣说你part质量不好，就麻烦了。
autozone的compressor没用过，估计不会特别差。车铺在part上要赚钱而已。你要是不
想diy，就得给他们赚钱。区别就是有的车铺赚了钱给你办事，有的车铺赚了钱给你捣

就不是。发现后重新充了否里昂和放了Dye，这样在Arizona坚持了大概两年,现在又不
行了。请懂行的说说到底要不要换compressor,还是再充点否里昂 （大概不到$100)，
然后每一到两年充一次。如果要换的话，大概多少钱比较合理。brake master告诉我光
部件就$850还不包括税,还说要去dealer那儿换,光部件就$1250.

compressor可能坏了，也可能没坏，garage想黑你。
最好自己先检查一下fuse，如果有稍微懂点儿维修的朋友，让他帮你查查电压，确定
compressor挂了再让garage换也不迟。

动工具。
要便携式的，可买个12V的，外出也能打气。不过这类小compressor力气不大，看网上
别人说把车轮架空后打气速度会快很多，要不然太慢了。我趁促销时从sears搞了一个

问题是据说这要24SCFM的肺活量。。。
看遍所有牌子的compressor，都很垃圾啊，没有哪个缺少负面评价的，
都千篇一律的有漏气，Regulator，寿命和不work的毛病。
这个compressor哪家属于百年老字号口碑最好啊？
最好是用电的，120V的，Oil-less的，带轮儿的，15加仑以上的。。。
要不动辄上发动机或者240V或者几百磅永久固定立式，千百年都还是老技术太落后了，

多第三方compressor的保修要求同时换掉condenser否则保修无效，另外dryer也要换，
不过dryer很便宜。 |
