这两天新闻报道里提到IBM或出售其半导体业务，不知道大家有谁注意到了这些报道里
提到的潜在买家中，有一家叫global foundries最有可能中标。大家如果开车路过237
和great america parkway，会注意到那里在建一片新的玻璃幕墙的大楼，差不多快建
好了。其中有一座上面巨大的logo，就是global foundries。他们原来的办公楼在237
上880的地方。实际上，就在几天前，我在多个贴里连续提到过这家公司，因为其最近
新请了一个ceo，就是之前摩托罗拉移动部门卖给google时的ceo。一个确实算是精英的
老印，在高通从一个底层工程师迅速做到vp级的高管，后来被聘为摩托罗拉移动公司的
ceo，再后来把moto卖给了谷歌。

看见有人说湾区收入高就笑了，给你们科普一下，猴子屯，13-15w年薪非常普通，20w
以上的一大把，加上公司100% match 6-12% 401k， 公司服务到退休有一次性上百万的
pension，还有一周工作四天一周工作五天，每年5周vacation，加州风景再美，这些能
比吗？

而且form是那么综合的一个东西，有时候随着练习多了，其他方面提高了，form自然就
会好很多。
form好，就是说用最自然的动作把球打到自己想打的地方，同时具有一定速度和旋转。
开始时候，因
为判断，自己身体控制，甚至思想集中，对形式判断等都影响击球时候动作，所以为了
把球击到场
地，击倒希望place的地方，甚至希望速度力量选择等等，因为其他几方面能力不够，
很可能就要
compromise一些东西，比如comprise form啊，或者compromise control啊，或者
comprise速度啊，等等。
全面能力提高后，很有可能直接结果就是form好多了，因为好的form就是最自然最省力
的，没有什
么神奇的，开始做不到，就是因为没达到需要做的的其他条件。
我现在work on consistency，其实开始时候也会compromise很多form，然后adjust，
