当然现公司会付工资.

这个嘛说简单点就是保险公司觉得这个药贵，不在直接cover的list上面，他们希望确
定病人有适当的理由一定要用这个药。比如有一次protonix的Rx过insurance, msg提示
要病人先试omeprazole or nexium。这个时候一定要跟病人解释清楚，不是一个小时2
个小时能搞定的。我们有用covermymed.com给医生发传真，然后医生再给insurance发
传真说这个病人必须要用这个药哈，然后insurance那边OK了，经过什么手续了，我们
就再次通过自己的系统submit就能过了。有的时候快2-3天能搞定，有的时候医生那边
拖拉可以搞上几个礼拜。
Rx note很好用，我们发了传真，打了电话，就写上一个短note,这样病人如果重复打电
话（不是夸张地，有人能一天打上快10通电话），别的同事一查就知道了。
workers comp，这个也是有固定的plan name，然后要一些信息比如受伤地点时间之类

I m talking about hires with PhDs or extensive tech/science experience who enter at assiciate or junior VP level. >200k total in 2nd, 3rd years is not uncommon, >300k in 2nd or 3rd years is possible.
of course after TARP, comp structure is different in some firms than before. some offer more base and less in bonus, in general, stock reward |

think this is a very important position. They just need someone to work. So
think twice before you move.
And I don't know which quant fund this is (among top 5 with 20B capital).
but I can't imagine a fund manaing 20B to have just 10 developers (the fund
has to outsource all back office functions to some prime brokerage). But
apparently, you have confirmed with a reliable source.

后期LCI的M3/M4基本铁定是80K+的车了，无论怎么配。这个级别的车其实还是应该配齐
比较好，尤其是F80/F82上大部分option都是很需要的，而且相当简单明了，性价比还
算不错，至少相当部分其他车型来看的话。
前几年E92也是，后面2年有了Comp. Pkg之后大部分车基本都是74k+的配置了。
