Under review 或with Editor,正常吗？ 这是第一次投Wieley。 我知道Elsevier和ACS
都会实时的更新网页，告诉投稿人稿件的状态。 写信询问， 得到杂志秘书如下的答复：

Thank you very much for your submission and the enquiry.
We would like to inform you that the status "submitted" is corerct.
We will inform you about further actions as soon as poosible.

directly any time we want.
But a rumor I heard is that for every email that the attorney
replies, the company needs to pay $100 or something like that.
I guess that is probably the reason why some companies don't
allow directly conatct with the attorney.

My view might be biased as it is limited by the people I conatct everyday in
our program. I never thought of sorting fellowships in term of job market,
as I am a believer a "do what you really enjoy", a bit naive, I know.
Ultimately everyone find a job, right?
I am curious about your view of job market of heme+molecular vs heme+
surgpath vs heme alone, assuming able to find a job with heme alone, how
