2）从8月13号开始，每2个星期，按ID结算一次point的总数，直到11月。
3）每2个星期内的前10名（或者满分14points的）的ID，奖励伪币100.
4）参赛ID，每人开一条线，按时更新运动log，具体几天更新一次自己看着办，但是在
2周统计之前，最好up to date。
5）参加活动的人，必须在log里头写出持续时间，和活动内容。有心率表的同学请写出
avg心跳，没有心率表的或者忘测了的可以不写，但是请自觉保证运动的强度（b）。
6）每2个星期open enrollment一次，大家miss了开头也没关系，最多等2个星期就可以

备注：
a）这里有氧运动定义为：心率高于120bpm的运动，只设下线。
