My point is, Java assumes that you don't know too much in computer science.
It is designed for the ease to use.
On the other hand, C++ assumes that you know much in computer science. It is

your research is directly applicable in major pharmas. Not very sure about
biotech, but most likely not either.
However, not too many peoeple in industry are doing things same as their Ph.
D. work. Your Ph.D. is just a training of how to carry out a research, i.e.,
how to identify a topic, how to organize your thoughts and propose some
