赛哪年不是包含着精神意志的坚持和各种伤病，这是他们球员工作的一部分，就和你刷
试管写ciode一样。

症未必能很清楚。这可不是闹着玩，对抗最激烈的NFL球员早死很多原因都是各种
脑震荡后遗症。出于保护球员目的，没好彻底之前上场，万一不走运再来一次受伤，以
后就很难讲了。退一步说，就算能上，不看好脑震荡恢复之后立刻能找到手感，正常情
况怎么都要低迷个几场找比赛感觉。 |

witness. Till now, I have no idea what had happened. The concussion I
suffered erased all my memories of the accident. All I know is I woke up in
the ICU.
Now I think what a pity that I didn't have a chance to meet you when I was
in Davis couple of weeks ago. :) |

The trail is quiet. For miles there is not a person to be seen.
The clouds are still heavy but the rain has tampered off.
The air is moist and cool and when you get up to speed it chills
just right. The new Pearl Izume bike shorts are doing wonders to
my butt and I’m putting down a nice clip without feeling exertion
much. The audio book on 李白's life is getting interesting.

(1) Whip out your smart phone and video tape the incident. ID the car.
(2) If any physical contact took place, lie on the ground, call the police
AND AMBULANCE. Taking an ambulance trip to the hospital is critical. You
should at least get a diagnosis of concussion. This step is absolutely
critical in building your case later to sue for a large sum of money.
(3) Get the name/address/phone number of anyone who is a witness.

One old guy got shot, the other case an old guy just got jumped by teens
from section 8 neighborhood. Several broken ribs and concussion.
Now, when I am approaching the other race people on trail, I always keep an
eye on their body language, and try to speed up a bit to flip flop my
muscle and agility.
Also I have to watch my back once for a while. |

Swimming help building both endurance and body.
Tennis is a taste of speed and stragety
Road bike is safer but also good habit for general excercise
Wrestling is for powerful self defense when it is necessary, you can take
down a guy twice of your size in a split second. How does that sound like

主要的中间人物都走了，害得关键时刻只能依赖YOUNG的PASS，而碰到对方稍微厉害
点的防守大将，YOUNG就得吃SACK和投INC了，那两年GB的WHITE可没少让YOUNG吃苦，
GB的FAVRE+FREEMAN组合连赢49人那几场没话讲，去年PLAYOFF报仇多少也是侥幸。
再说，YOUNG关键时刻力挽狂澜的本事还是不成，比不了MONTANA和现在的FAVRE。YOUNG
的长处是在自己会跑。
49人去年好不容易有HERAST跑出记录，今年又伤了，好在最近GARDENER表现还不错。
97赛记RICE是第一场伤的？YOUNG好象也是巴，记得第一场是客场对TB，YOUNG

I only watched two games. Giants/Rams and Titans/Cowboys. When watching
Raiders/Steelers game I fell asleep.
My impression is Titans is a piece of crap. Hard to believe Eagles
can be beaten by such a team--that only tells me my expectation for
Eagles is way too high. After that mild concussion McNair can not
find anyone. Their QB protection is extremely poor. McNair was in
trouble for a tons of times. Cowboy will not be a concern for Eagles.
