子赔款，以及辛丑条约当中涉及德国的，对中国的种种“惩罚”，并归还租界，等等。
涉及德国对华直接赔款的问题，其实没有明说。只是在133条里面提到，在中国的德国
产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是
要立大牌坊的，即便是德国对英法的赔款，在书面上也是一笔一笔算出来的，比如哪里
毁了我东西，哪里花了我的军费，而不是直接拍脑袋说个数再讨价还价。
从上面讨论的条款来看，英法显然居心不良，德国不直接赔钱给中国，反倒默许中国去洗
劫德国侨产，成心让两国把梁子结大；但德国在广州的租界，英法却要分一杯羹。中国
也不是傻子，自然不太高兴，后来英法又要把山东利益给日本，以至中国无法在条约上

近年来，在回忆中国远征军以及远征军新一军军长孙立人将军在缅北对日作战的历史文
献和影视专栏中，经常可以看到关于孙立人将军在缅北的一次战役中，活埋了1200个日
本俘虏的传奇。
2009年7月13日在凤凰卫视的《风范大国民》【1】电视专栏节目中，香港著名的军事评
论家马鼎盛（粤剧演员红线女之子）神彩熠熠地述说了这个传奇。2010年8月6日的CCTV

天主教文化是宁死也不能吃人，否则会堕地狱，对于有信仰的人来说，
堕永生地狱是比死更可怕的。
和其他文化的区别就是在大饥荒的时候，一个人相食是可以容忍的，一个是不可以容忍
的。
你要举特例当然哪个文化都有，所以我前面是有定语，没有大规模的人相食。
实际上也是，中国时常有记载大灾之年人相食，易子而食，其他文化在考古的时候
也经常发现文化临灭绝的时候有大量人相食的证据。
天主教文化临灭绝的时候有个例子，就是格陵兰岛上的维京人，顽固坚持天主教信仰，
即使在自己快饿绝的时候，也不愿意学习同一个岛上的爱斯基摩人的文化，最后结果
就是爱斯基摩人活下来了，维京人死光了。但是考古维京人遗迹的时候，没有发现
人相食的证据，虽然他们已经饿到连牛蹄子都煮来吃了。
