the SM58 for live performance.
I did try using the SM58 for recording, not as good as the MXL.
One good thing about the MXL condenser mic is that it doesn't require

CONDENSED MATTER PHYSICS中文是凝聚态物理，所以粗略地说，它主要研究固体，液体
等凝聚的物态。它最基本的特点是一个相互作用的多体体系。理论研究中使用的工具是热

我最近在找人装中央空调，有相关问题请教。
1. 背景介绍
我们在麻省中部，房子30多年房龄, colonial, 不连地下室2400sq不到一点。该房用
hot water baseboard heating加热(去年已经换了high efficiency boiler 和
indirect hot water heater)，房子以前建的时候装了duct，但是没有中央空调。在一
楼和二楼的各个房间都有register grill。Attic上面没有duct,但是有些圆形和椭圆形
的duct opening, 据前来估价的contractors说，圆形的是连接二楼的grill的，椭圆形
的是穿过墙壁连接一楼的grill的。 一楼5个grill, 二楼7个grill. 因为attic上面有
厚厚的insulation,所以没有还没有找到所有的opening（也没专门仔细找）,但是据
contractor 说，应该有12个opening(5+7=12)分别连到一楼和二楼的grill。

话说上周四，突然发现家里空调出的风不是冷风，打了电话请service man过来
电话里说不能保证时间，只能说今天来，于是一路等到晚上吃完晚饭快7点了还没来
正准备去游泳，突然打电话来了，于是我留在家守候
来了之后一白男，去外机那边看了一下，说condenser不工作，坏了，需要换一个零件
我问换什么零件，他指了一下某个小圆桶（后来知道是capacitor）

发帖数: 941 | 19 去年遇人不淑，一位中国空调师傅换好空调当天拿了钱就消失了，从此不再接电话。这
次实在没办法了，换个电话号码能和他说上话，不过总是说忙，要改时间打回来给我，
当然他从来没有打回来过。
这位空调师傅在夏天换的是一个Coleman 2.5ton的空调加heat pump，另接了个
Honeywell的普通温控，夏天冷气都没有问题。去年开暖气以后，问题来了。
先是电费奇高，一千尺不到的townhouse end unit居然要300多块一个月。检查了房子
保暖，似乎没问题，屋顶化雪比邻居还慢。请来一位空调技师，说是和空调同时换的温
控有问题导致condenser没有启动，一直用的低效的电暖auxiliary heat。换了个White
Rodgers的温控（1F85-277）并设置成HP2模式以后，condenser能够启动，手摸
condenser外面两根铜管也是热的。
现在的问题是：在这两天室外华氏几度的情况下，

把thermostat转到cool之后，装在房子外面的condenser unit一开始自己开开关关的，
启动一次转2秒，然后停掉，五分钟之后再启动，如此循环。我试着condenser停掉以后
，把thermostat转到off，等几分钟再转到cool，condenser会转得久一点，一般这样做
两三次，condenser就能正常运转了。
制热正常。air blower也正常。就是这个condenser有问题。
高手们有没有什么建议？ |

开着机器, 要人用水冲,
被电死了, 谁负责呀?
要清理condenser, 第一件事就是先关电源,
让风扇一边转一边浇水, 水被吹到电源盒子里面,或是fan motor 里面,
机器坏掉事小, 发生电击事件就大了,
什么让风扇转动把脏水迅速的排出机外?!?!
一般condenser 的风扇, 是让热气往上排出,
也就是从旁边吸入冷空气, 经过散热叶片, 带走热量, 空气自然上升排出,
这样子不会把杂物从上面吸入, 污染condenser 内部散热片,
开着风扇洗condenser, 刚好把脏水洗到内层散热片, 或是洗到fan motor 上,
减少机器寿命,
要洗condenser, 把电源关掉, 用水管冲冲, 连喷头都不用买,
水压太大, 很容易把散热叶片打坏, 洗完以后等一两个小时,
让脏水自然向下流走以后, 再开机检查就好,
这种半路出家自以为是的步骤, 很危险呀. |

If the condenser fan doesn't spin, it's better to shutdown the AC. The
compressor might overheat.
It costed me $300 to have condenser fan motor replaced. BTW, my unit doesn't
have condenser fan motor start capacitor, which is not typical. |

发帖数: 1915 | 31 外面的不是heat pump， 是condensing unit. 中文来说应该是冷气系统的一部分。
HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)从字面来说是三部分，暖气系统
。通风系统和冷气系统。外面的大的圆圆的有个风扇的设备是冷气系统的condensing
unit. 坏了，就得修。如果不转，最好是请人检修。如果要换，需要整套换掉。
condensing unit+air handler. air handler 是在房子里面的，就是负责把冷气推到
各个房间的设备。是和condensing unit一套的。整套换起来大约每吨1500. 比如说你
的房子是冷气3吨，那么全换是4500左右。
不可以只换condensing unit，很快就会坏的。
一般卖主会修，不会同意换的。 |

发帖数: 6946 | 32 这个问题很有趣。 俺觉得确实没必要usb mic + 外置mixer。
总的来说usb condenser mic很方便，一般录歌足够了， 没必要加mixer。
如果已经有了usb condenser mic， 就主要是录歌或者在UC唱歌了。
如果想家庭娱乐karaok，一般从usb mic往上升级加设备很不方便, 最好还是走最成熟
的老路子，就是顶楼帖子的设置， 俺去城里考察过几家ktv, 都是这个设置， 也从侧
面说明这种配置是成熟的技术。
顺便说一下 ，顶楼的帖子中的配置的 功能多样性很强， 可以ktv w/o recording, 可
以ktv + recording, 可以接 phantom powered condenser mic做录音， 也可以上UC。
不管哪种功能， 都不用重新连线该配置。 俺个人比较喜欢
如果已经有mixer的话， 接usb condenser mic不划算， 原因如下：
1。 价格太贵。 能接usb condenser mic的mixer一定超贵， 比买一个好的mixer(但不
能接usb mic) 加上一个好的phantom power cond |

发帖数: 1670 | 33 原理上是对的，不过需要强调的是 1. 南极很干燥，而且温差又非常至少， 好像记得只
有5度，这一点点的温度的落差很难让很干的空气变成过饱和而形成condensation。 2.
形成condensation另外一个条件是：seeds or nucleus，因为南极太干净了,而缺少象
陆地形成condensation 足够的seeds：越有seeds，越容易形成condensation。当然
seed的大小会控制condensation的大小，所以有时会形成液滴，有时会是水汽， 也就
这个道理。

样的新手。准备发帖之前，看到牛人自己timing belt都DIY了,自己这点事真不好意思
说了。不过写都写了，没准有谁能用的到，见笑了。
车子：07 Grand Caravan，去年进的二手车，现在72k左右
症状：去年冷气正常，今年发现没冷气
方案1：网上简单查查，估计冷媒（以前是氟利昂R12，现在基本R134）漏光了。
Walmart买了两罐R134，自带压力表和低压口接头，大概是18oz（？），掀开前盖，找
到低压口（要找低压口，看看前盖上皮带示意图，找到压缩机，应该有两个金属管，一
进一出，顺藤摸瓜很容易找。低压口一般比较靠车头，而且低/高压口不一样大小，所
以不用担心混）。拧开塑料帽，接压力表，几乎为零，果然漏光了。按说明开空调，加
到绿色区，大概35-45psi吧。先加半罐，就已经快35了，不敢再加。但前盖下的铭牌上
说有36oz的容量，奇怪。再硬着头皮加，突然一声响，压力掉到10几。原来，刚才压缩
机根本没有工作，所谓绿色区也是在压缩机工作时候的读数做准（如何判断压缩机工作

Karaoke系统主要由以下几个部分组成：
1.话筒
2. 点歌机
3. 前级（也可称混响，调音器）
4. 功放
5. 音箱
先谈话筒。话筒是这几个部分中比较重要的。其他的设备再好，话筒不好也白搭。所以
这个部分不能吝惜。推荐比较常用，质量好的话筒品牌，如shure, sennheiser, ev。
我用的是shure sm58。比较老的型号了，但是性能不错，价格100。缺点是有线话筒。
如果你喜欢无线话筒的无拘无束，也可以买以上几个品牌的无线话筒。不过价格比有线
的贵出很多。在自己的预算范围内，以上品牌各个型号的话筒都可以。 另外，话筒一
般分为 cardioid, supercardioid, 和 condenser。如果对音质要求很高，可以考虑买
condenser 话筒。不过注意，condenser 话筒需要额外的电源，通常是48V的幻象电源
，这个电源一般在前级上。以下会谈到。
点歌机可以专门买一个，也可以用笔记本电脑。点歌机的优点是操作简单，而且随机赠

open loop我的想法是挖两个20多尺的井，这个应该不是很难，自己挖就行了。我觉得主要开销就是把condenser换成coaxial condenser，在弄个水泵抽井水。不知道5吨的coaxial condenser大致要多少钱？

你这个黑点清理不掉，至少有三到四种可能
单反的结构里面，那个部位一个对焦屏，一个所谓“condenser lens”，后面是五棱镜
，次序是从下望上。
黑点可能在
对焦屏下侧，这个你可以清理得掉
对焦屏和condenser lens之间，这个你把对焦屏下下来，然后仔细清理，可以搞掉。不
过condenser lens脆弱而且修起来贵，小心点搞
对焦屏上（屏被划伤了），换掉，$40
condenser lens上，这个就真麻烦了，修起来会贵。
总之问题可大可小，自己再仔细检查一下先…… |
