查到wholesale lender的underwriting只是处理到了9月初提交的，所以怀疑broker在
骗我。 向broker要批准文件，但是他说按规定不能给，并说他们firm和lender有
correspondent 关系，所以处理的快。
请问，我可以向mortgage broker要conditional approval letter吗？ |

Cover， 以后就没事了（只要你不在中断保险）。 这也是为什么要是你能证明你原来

过来一个月，感觉背有不舒服，现在赶紧准备买保险。可是大部分保险好像都不包括

also have some brand new toys and never opened. We are clean family, no pet,
no drug, no bedbugs. First come, first take them. And if someone want the

问了两家代理同一个问题，如果是高血压，但是从前从未有过并发症，来到这边以后万
一出现stroke的情况，会不会cover.
Patriot America 回答,没有保险会cover,就算stroke不是由高血压引起的,一般
underwriter也会很容易将其associate起来,归于pre-existing condition.
Atlas America 回答,如果以前从来没有过stroke,这个突发性情况属于emergency,应当
会cover.
由于回答的人不是underwriter,是保险代理,所以其言不可以当担保依据.感觉PA的人说
的比较不动听,但是实际上可能比较接近事实.
后来问了一家第三方中介代理,其人说,是不是pre-existing condition其实是医生根据
情况而定.上述情况即使是没有过并发症,或者甚至本人都不知情,一旦stroke也极其容
易被认为是pre-existing.
问题一:
其实stroke或者heart attack一般都有潜在原因,很少无由而生(除非遭电击).这样一来

pre-existing condition和related charge，那么如果真的stroke或者有什么突发情况
，到底怎么define这个related charge啊，人的健康情况当然都互相有关系，不要他们
cover高血压的药物费用，可是真的如果出现高血压引发的emergency，或者不确定是什
么引发的，保险公司大可以用related to pre-existing condition来堆得一干二净，
这不就等于白买了么。
我想问问有没有人claim过相关的事件，有哪些比较可靠的保险公司推荐。我是看了精
华区也quote了一些保险才来发问的，因为还是没看到比较可靠的例子，并且我很努力
地追问保险公司如果有高血压保不保stroke，他们都含混搪塞，比如“我们会根据情况
决定什么cover什么不cover”，这不废话么。

condition application 上有几个明显的错误不知道是不是致命的？会不会影响h1b

continuation of the same employer without any change，可是傻逼律师选了new
application, 还说没事儿。另外我的工资也填错了。最后

有很大的moon roof，几乎整个车顶都是天窗了
condition非常好，只是孩儿他爹天天上班的车
所以快5年了，也只开了39,000 mile而已
买来的时候是新车，没有出过accident
