照说本科生得让发考题们认为极其有科研的潜质,才能打败无数硕士生,发考题们才
会直接给本科生offer直攻博士;
看这份简历,我的感觉是
1.本科成绩好,会读书
2.参加了很多国内老师的项目,参加了一些海外老师的暑期短期项目,有些学术锻炼和想
法,但无明显成果,可能人缘好,会来事;但不排除夸大自己作用的可能
3.得了一些奖学金,国内高校基本上成绩好加积极参加学校各项活动,对老师会来事,自
然就能得.
3.英语写的好
4.积极参加各种活动,精力充沛,勤奋,把自己的时间,安排的满满当当的,有废寝忘食的
倾向.
5.非常有计划性和目的性,经过几年奋斗,作为本科学生,已经达到面面聚到的无短板程
度.
作为本科生,这份简历无疑是优秀的;但是却无法直接得出极其有科研的潜质的结论;相
反无数硕士生申请攻博士,由于年龄大一些和工作经历,也许本科成绩绩点低一些,得的
奖学金项目少一些,但是有实践经验,多数还会有1-2篇海外(尽管可能级别和影响不高)

求适当降低。
现在BT的conducted power 一般为8--10个dBm （比如Broadcom的芯片）。一般自由空
间天线有个20%-30%的efficiency 都没问题。可是当手机放在pocket里，BT的链接就有
问题了。特别是现在都用BT来听高保真音乐，对BT 的TRP要求就比较高（从手机到耳机
的链接），因此对天线效率的要求就较高。
在芯片的conducted power and conducted sensitivity 已确定的情况下，RF的
matching network 能够优化TRP和TIS。 |

还有Si再GaAs中active energy是很重要的参数，不过应该很好找。
你降温的时候，fermi leverl越来越靠近conduction band，是因为fermi-dirac
distrubtion随着温度下降变‘窄’了。电子数n= density of states * fermi-diract
distribution在conduction band 里的积分。为了维持一定的n，fermi-level必须要
靠近conduction band。
在更低温下会有两种情况：1）如果是non-degenerate doping，你的doping就会freeze
-out，就是说thermal energy 不足以把Si dopants active，这样就是intrinsic
material了。fermi level不会再conduction band里面。2)你的doping足够高，是

人大坠楼教授曹廷炳:化学界天空中划过的一颗流星

人民网北京3月22日电 （记者 史雅乔）16日，人大化学系主任曹廷炳从高楼坠下
身亡。据悉，曹廷炳北大博士毕业后，进入哈佛化学系进行博士后研究工作，之后被人
大聘请。同时，他还获得教育部新世纪优秀人才计划支持。在此将其曾经的成就列举一
二，希望以此来表达对逝者的悼念。
据了解，曹廷炳在其专业领域做出了很大的努力，并取得相当显赫的成绩。其研究
领域主要在高分子材料的制备、组装及其功能化； 非传统微纳米图案化技术的开发及
其在生物、化学传感及能源器件上的应用；基于驻极体（Electrets）材料的超分子组
装。他的科研项目主要有主持国家自然科学基金面上项目“在驻极体上构筑有序分子组
装体系”以及“非传统方法制备超精细纳米结构及其应用”，并参与国家自然科学基金
重点项目“基于超精细结构的集成微流芯片检测新方法”，主持教育部新世纪优秀人才
