实很相似的，可以说subaru就是日车里的volvo。都非常注重安全性。另外都带有改装
运动
血统（subaru的sti和volvo的polestar）。老款V车可靠性也不比subaru的head gasket
问题少，比如比较著名的O2 sensor，catalytic conerter，air conditon问题。在
ford旗下的时候transmission也有一段时间不好。说白了这俩厂子都是小众车厂，有自
己的特定的粉丝群，而且都是比较固定的，没有什么直接冲突。 |

１公司债券其实和股票市场有极强的联系，credit spread和rating有关，而rating公
司会把股票表现作为很重要的参考数据。share outstanding, volitility都能左右公
司信用评级的结果。对于convertible来说，也不是全部都有holder决定是否转股的，
现在市面上还流行一种mandatory conertible.
2我不同意简单的把房贷和公司债券划等号。对于公司债券，如果公司无法继续偿还而
面临破产，那么市场进行整合后（如果市场还存在的话），会有新的公司取而代之,投
资人也有一部分recover。无论如何你总能找到新的领头羊。即使破产不止局限于一两
个大行业，而是涉及到各个领域，但在风暴过后你很容易发现经济像雨后春笋般将康成
长。但对于大面积的房贷危机来说，问题显然更严重。你让那么多人一下子无家可归，
银行因坏帐面领倒闭，失业率因此又居高不下，那么那帮人还怎么活？经济还怎么运作
？没了消费者，新的行业领头羊又怎么显现？这问题显然不是那么容易解决的。 |

alright so i listened to them and saw the old dude last sunday.
not bad, not bad, besides "knocking on the heaven's door" i
couldn't really understand a word he sings.
it wasn't an energetic show, a lot of old timers. we were on the
edge of passing out from the mix of the South florida sun and
Jack Daniel's so we stayed on the out circle of the crowd.
but these old farts can do their songs while they sleep. evertying
looks so easy a |

用语言实在很难表现Flaming Lips现场那种naturally high的感觉。如果说听他们的专
辑能有80分，那么现场你将有160分的爽。他们现场的音乐，表演和气氛，给每一首歌
都灌注了一种异乎寻常强大的生命力。作为观众，你说不清你到底是在看一场rock
conert，还是在参与一个特大的嘉年华会。打扮成漫画人物的fans和工作人员，无数色
彩斑斓的气球，从舞台上喷出来的纸花与彩带，古怪而有趣的服装和道具，快乐得发疯
的观众，那种欢乐的感觉，实在无法表述。
歌曲方面，开场是Flaming Lips的名曲Race for the Prize。曲目则以最近两张专辑为
主，良美大战粉红机器人里的Fight Test，Yoshimi, Encore时唱的Do You Realize，
新专辑里讽刺布核心的Yeah Yeah Yeah Song，the W.A.N.D, 还有Soft Bulletin里的
She Don't Use Jelly，these are all the enchan |
