今天去了很多人赞的Lady M Confections。这可真是一家暴发户聚集地。招牌mille crepes口感极差，非手工的crepes太薄太干，完全靠一堆奶油堆起来，丝毫不得法国风范。还有腻死人的绿茶慕斯和mont blanc，全无亚洲甜点的清新口味。
在Lady M坐了半个多小时,看到好多国人来提蛋糕。中国人也太好骗了吧，难道只要装潢漂亮价格高就买帐？这种店在法国开不下去因为正宗法国人的mille crepes是一张张薄饼手工烙出来，嚼在嘴里有饼的原汁原味。这种店在中国日本也竞争不过本地人，亚洲的抹茶味道有一丝淡淡的苦，栗子味道有一抹清清香。可是，今天的纽约，只有没文化的东西，在没文化的地方，由没文化的人捧着～～ |

看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

买了2个，一个是奶油，一个是巧克力。吃的发腻，从此绝缘了。
红宝石的灌奶油好像类似美国的whipping cream？
