根据我刚大致扫了一眼的一篇比较recent的review：“Recent Concepts in Feline
Lower Urinary Tract Disease”，lower urinary tract disease高发年龄为2－6岁
所以感觉长寿以及更多的medical care不能完全解释发病率
我的没有数据不负责任的point是，家猫发病率很大程度上是人为因素造成的，不见得
是猫自然选择进化的结果
至于具体是哪些人为因素，摘抄一下那篇review里面的几段话在下面
总结一下就是：

我小将的，不是度论运
跟英语相比，感觉汉语的确不是非常严谨的语言，由于同音字太多，咱们举例说明吧
1。汉语中的“边”就是一个问题，在英文里面可以是margin（书的白边），end（那边
，这边），或者boundary（边界），还有side（那一边）等等，这些汉语中的“边”用
英文中的一个词可以准确描述，而汉语就有歧义或者需要解释
2。汉语中的限，在英语中也有多个表示，比如无限infinity，有限limited，或者限制
constraint，还有限于confined，等等，汉语就这一个字，需要无穷的修饰才能完成表
达，而英语仅仅用一个词汇就能搞定了，准确快捷，没有歧义。
3。汉语中表述几何中的一些词汇就更离谱了，英文中用polytope表示有限多面体，用
polyhedron表示多面体，这样当你说的东西是有限的时候，英文词汇可以直接准 |
