因为最近购物频繁，我的银行通知我叫我确认一下transactions.
那个时候我记得Puma online 收了我$48块钱，因为那时status 是pending，我也没当
回事。
结果今天心血来潮查一下帐单，发现在Puma online 收我二次费用，而且上次的48D的
status 变成78.33，已经confired! 第二次费用的日期是推迟几天后的，收我139.99，
confired!
我的order confirmation and receipt 上都显示186。9D的费用，想不到Puma online
会多charge我。我立马打电话给客服，然后那个客服用黑人口音跟我说，她去经理那边
confirm 一下，明天给我答复，晕！
后怕，我以前都不查银行帐单的！
如果Puma online是有意违法，我要报警！ |

先交代一下我的背景，今年11月刚来美国，无任何在美信用记录。但是很奇怪的是从今
年9月份开始，Chase就开始向我的gmail邮箱发送邮件，内容就是你今天卡号****的信
用卡消费多少，或者月结单什么的，但是那时我还在国内，根本不可能在这边开户什么
的，而且这些email的发送地址好像也确实是Chase的，而且我的姓名什么的也没问题。
最搞笑的时，好像这个冒充我的人还款也挺及时。大家谁能分析一下是怎么回事呢？我
自己琢磨了一下，我是7月份开始联系这边办理相关手续的，但是知道我个人信息的只
有这边学校的办事人员啊，难道是他们泄漏出去的，感觉很难理解啊。
