HR在她声称为了avoid interest conflict， 把我赶回家的邮件里，还把我且只有我从
当时的project上踢出去，给我换了一个3个月前我就明确表示不work的Angular2
project，Jira 为证，还附上详细的Angular2 project requirements。
HR的邮件没有提是谁写的这个Angular2 requirements， 但是又不能承认是她自己写的
，又嘴硬不肯交代那个作者，而Angular2自始至终在全公司只有我和烙印参与过，Jira
为证，所以其实是HR一面声称avoid interest conflict把我赶回家，换项目，一面和
被complain的烙印一起给我安排了个hopeless的project， 说好的avoid interest
conflict 呢？这下明白了吧。 |

。。就好像楼主的AGENT和律师都说利率要求不能写，这个算是违法么？你有证据么？
范畴了，跟conflict of interest不是一回事。律师可能不经最大努力帮助客户，这个

Q3’16 earnings release/call to pre-market on 10/27。
周四下午盘后出季报的做IT的有goog，amzn和bidu吧。这几个的体量和推特不在
一个级别上吧，不存在conflict。
更奇怪的是，周四盘前的时间是西海岸的早上四五点左右吧，先不说那些记者分析师们
需要一宿不睡觉，连腿疼自己的管理层都得熬夜。本来是下午一点，现在是早上四点，
何苦呢？我不太信真的是为了避免conflict。
一种可能性是季报太好了，一定要stand out，但是盘后开新闻发布会也不会有什么影
响啊。另一种是季报太差了，希望在大家睡觉的放出来减少引起的恐慌。请大牛们分析

么程度。
A report给B（一个俄国老太，很有心计）。
B和我平级，共同report给大老板C，C的老板是老印director。
组会，B，C都从来不参加。小组商量project，然后分配下周任务。A比我来公司早，被
安排负责主持这个会议。今天预计有风暴，所以B来了。会上A纠集了另外两个人（一个
和她平级的老外，一个外组的常客），在加上自己老板坐镇，共同给我施压，首先诋毁
我在做的工作，不放入下周工作分配，然后把一个做了好久没有做出来的project给我
。这个project是A老公的（同一个系但不同组，和我平级），以自己有conflict为由强
行加给我。Project做出来可能性为零。被我拒绝，我说以前没做过，也不是我的业务
范围，组里别的人更有经验，我可以work on比较擅长的几个项目。但是三人说大家都
忙，把我本来要做的一个on hold，一个给了别人，然后把project强塞过来。会上A和
两个帮手语气强烈，不容我有说话机会。本人英文还可以，但是不低三人都是native。

the right way is to contact IT and ask them to help solve the conflict. all
emails are copied and saved on server to which you do not have access. do
not ever send any anything related to your work to your personal email (
think about potential 's p /y' law-/suit' case against you in future). The

说起，到1941-43年的河南大饥荒。河南作家刘震云的中篇小说《温故一九四二》说的
就是那个事儿，大批河南人背井离乡逃难，还有很多人吃人的事件，惨不忍睹。建国以
后挖井、修渠，有个很出名的红旗渠。但现在黄河水一年比一年干，水渠的水也比以前
少很多。去年去河南，听当地人说因为挖井、修渠大量开发地下水，破坏了生态环境平

conflicts and hatreds between the Africans and Chinese in thirty some

I may grow up in the era that our media propaganda dipicted African people

易，自动战斗，还有一些其他自动的功能在terrain conflict里面是最完善的，
reunion版本比较早，一些功能不全，比如你的自动贸易船队不会躲避交战区。千万别
买最近的版本rebirth，很多好玩的元素被删除，叔能忍婶不能忍。
x3我至少玩了几百小时进去，特别terrain conflict。后期任务有点变态，要建超大型
连锁工厂和运输舰队，玩着玩着就丢下了。其实那些任务不做，直接攒工厂攒舰队攻击

No doubt that there was a conflict between 飞车党与连, but it is more
important to know who caused the conflict, 飞车党 or 连?
Sure, it is better to avoid a conflict at first, but don't assume it is
always possible to do so. 连 may wish to avoid it as well, but could not. |
