昨天回来后一直表现有进步。从昨晚到今天中午，一直没烧起来，精神也好了很多。胃口也不错，夜里自己还加了餐干粮
早上照例只吃干粮，不明白为什么，照理说大牙换差不多了
中午刚加完午饭，罐头
昨晚和上午和我玩的很开心，偶尔会用后脚给我一下子，真是高兴啊。现在自己偶尔会愿意出来走走，但是后腿由于长时间没怎么用了，一个是肯定还有炎症什么的，一个是肌肉已经开始出现萎缩的迹象了，明显后肢变得消瘦了。所以走两步，还是会pia ji倒下歇着了。
还有个好现象就是吃饭时，以前都是后半身子趴着，前面撑着，我用手喂她。今天有两次，可以自己像正常猫一样坐着吃东西了！

吃抗生素，第二天有进步，第三天和第四天早上不好，第四天，就是昨天中午变好，今天持续变好了。

xray照了几张，没有fluid，心脏偏小是缺水，今天在外面两家医院，呆了11个小时，根本没饭吃没喝水，没上厕所。粪便很多。

今早又去
这个vet，我觉得他自己基本肯定是leukemia了，原因就是排除了别的。因为他认为如
果是其他virus，那咪宝现在就该好转了，现在没好转，那就是leukemia。虽然2次neg
不能说明问题，因为他说他见过好几次是检查了多变，都是neg，结果死了以后解刨却
仍然是leukemia。
但是他又开始怀疑是FIP了。第一次看的时候他说不会是FIP，因为他认为FIP对咪宝还
不是时候，应该是两三岁的时候会得。但是今天又拿到台面上说了。摸了摸，没摸到
fluid的感觉。但是他说还有一种是dry的，无法检查，更加可怕。
将了半天，反正他非常不乐观，或者说，完全就是悲观。他问我，是想让她
confortable还是就是想知道个answer。我觉得他是认为现在再做什么检查都没用了，
就是好好take care of her让她舒服些就只能这样了。
他说FIP的最权威诊断是要活体切片，要手术。这个我不愿意做。因为这个只能查出来
是不是，就算是也没办法治，要不是更是白挨了一刀还没解决任何问题，所以这步我不
会做。

Just done my exam at ATLANTA with 23 AMGs this Monday. Not quite successful
and hopefully can pass by bordenline.
Done Step1 last Sep and CK this April [both with avg scores]. Two full
months for CS.Focusing on FA 44 cases and mini cases. Did UW during last 2
weeks. Have 3 fixed partners from the beginning, very lucky!!!
No onsite workshop but online tutoring only by Dr Gold [5 hrs each x 4 study

说你overconfident,你可以说你不知道是什么事情让你的preceptor这么想了,但是你
很confortable做一些事然后就做了(因为你有一年经验).不sure的事你是绝对不会做
的.然后接下去你可以说你需要改进,但是不要承认自己犯错了.改进什么你随便编,你
可以说以后要加强和preceptor的communication,在做事情之前会和她商量.
还有在不知道preceptor对你的评价之前不要在manager面前一味的说preceptor的好
话,因为你不知道preceptor是不是说了你的好话.你把她说的很好,而她对你的评价
不好,你就很被动了.你也不能再改口,改口就显得在攻击她了.

了混个脸熟，简单说说吧，我也不太懂车，随便评论吧。
大概玩过Mustang, Miata, STI, IS250, RX-8, G35 RAV4, Audi A6, Elantra, Taurus
, Passat, Cherokee, Altima，Mazda 6, Sentra. 下面分开说说。 Performance，
confort, reliable 就说前两样吧，因为我都没开太长时间。
2012 新 Mustang
哥们的车，但都是我在开，因为他3个月了还没拿到驾照。他买车的时候我刚好回国，
他买了个非GT的Auto trany 的Mustang， 等我第二天到美国发现已经晚了。
Performance 加速性能一般般吧，没有肌肉的感觉，就是开出去等红灯的时候老美一个
劲说，nice car nice car，表面风光。
Comfort 美系车粗糙的内饰，即使是皮座椅也是很硬，我曾经开完长途回来换自己的凌
志开，一坐进去，感觉那叫一个软啊，舒服啊。

撇开价格，卡宴S有什么更吸引人的地方？ 我喜欢卡宴的牌子，但外形上更喜欢2014的

我已经在反省是不是我包办的太多了，开始有意识地让他做选择。在家里他还好，但是
如果在外面玩，如果和其他小朋友有意见不一致的，他马上放弃自己的想法，FOLLOW
其他人的。
我现在觉得学业上推比较容易，起码有比较明确的目标。但是性格这东西真的很难。准
备让他去学KARATE，希望他性格能强一些。
