到底是谁先定出这个规则说一年我们就按照365天来活的？
可是，我发现我不知道，只是小学老师告诉我说“记住了，一年365天”，然后我就记
住了是365天
隐约还记得老师告诉我们如何记住大月小月的方法：左右两手除掉大拇指，剩下的握拳
，然后关节凸起的就是大月，凹下去的是小月，所以1,3,5,7,8,10,12是大月，每月31
天；凹进去的2,4,6,9,11是小月，其中2月是小小月，29天还是28天来着，其他是30天
可是问题又来了，如果2月29天的话，12*30=360，剩下的那6天的话7个大月是七天，剪
掉一个二月份贡献的-1，一年应该是366天啊，为什么是365呢？
小时候只记住了365这个数字，没有想过到底怎么来的，也没好好算过 今天突然算一
下，发现自己confuse了，嗯，中午午休的时候查查看到底怎么回事，月历闰月闰年的
事我其实一直都没仔细想过到底是怎么回事，只知道大概是那么回事，我要研究下，不

言之一。
这位共和党议员的Tax Proposal才是有利于穷人和富人，却加重中产阶级的负担。
极右党只注意了17%税率，以为低收入的也是17%， 却没注意下面那些exemption.
这个提议的exemption 比目前提供的很多。一个四口之家，这些减免按照这个提案可以
达到$41000,也就是收入的四万一不用交税。而极右党整天嘲讽的47%低收入穷人大部分
上就是这个四万一或不到。 在这个新税率下，仍然不用交税。
而那些家庭收入四万多到10万之间的，按目前的税率，扣掉deductible和Expemption，
税率是10%-15%， 而在这个新税案下，税率会上升到17%。
不要以为只有年收入二三十万的码工或油工才是中产阶级。其实这4万多到10万的人收
入才是美国收入中间的那部分人，他们才是中产阶级的主流。
而那些高收入的人，目前最高税率39.6%。这个税案却把它降低到17%。

There is a lot of confusion about the differences between the various Subaru

VTD (for 5EAT)
