体blocker,前天见医生的时候，OB说你实在受不了，就不要太坚持。我昨天吃了一颗，
人立马精神了很多，好像焦虑症也没有了，服用一颗15小时内都没有孕吐的感觉，查了
一下文献，好像没有孕妇资料，有些研究只说对congenital malformation没有影响
孕吐厉害，实在没有精力去查文献，想偷懒问一下，主要争议是什么？

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的

什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

也不象cyclic(这个一般是周期性减少，好像17天是个周期）。
也不象immunocompramised pt, 化疗后的病人啊等说发生的neutropenia.
剩下的最大可能是病毒引起的，希望以后能恢复正常，bless.
Neupogen是需要prior authorization 的，这药可贵了,一针下去，neutrophil 就上来
了。估计要定期打。
娃娃肯定要定期随访。有感冒发烧之类的都不能忽视的。最起码给医生打个电话或门诊
看医生。

疾病簡介
此症個案外觀像透納氏症患者，具有個子矮、八字眉、內眥贅皮、後髮緣低、脖子短、

體數目少了一條X所致，而努南氏症候群則為基因變異所造成，因此此症的發生不分性

国内医院的初步诊断是Leber congenital amaurosis， 和LaraYuri的猜测一致。WIKI
上说这个病的一种有基因治疗成功的案例。北京有家医院可以查基因，是抽血送到美国
查，结果要六个月之后才出来。我们目前了解到美国至今成功医治了二十多例这样的患
儿，现在想咨询的是朋友孩子这种情况怎么才能争取到美国来治疗。
这是我国内朋友的孩子，我希望这里的医生能给一点建议，谢谢了。
朋友的孩子三个月，出生和42天的右耳听力测试没通过。朋友发现孩子在昏暗的地方睁

是好朋友的孩子，还不到6岁，以前一直以为是弱视，上个月才查出来， 说是先天性视
网膜黄斑劈裂， 英文应该是 congenital macular retinoschisis. 目前视力左/右为0
.2/0.3，眼底其他部位暂时未发现异常。
国内的专家都看遍了，说是没办法治， 孩子很有可能会失明。 想问问看美国这边有
哪些医院眼科最权威，有可能有办法的么？
朋友正在申请这边的工作， 因为是跨国公司，可以申请来美国总部，快的话几个月就
能过来了。
这孩子从小聪明懂事，不到6岁的孩子，都会写很多汉字了，很可爱，每次一想到他那
双大大的眼睛有可能会看不见了，就忍不住伤心，多可怜的孩子。

其实，从mammal来看，和很多低等动物一样，异性交配权不是与生俱来的权利，而是特
权。没有得到异性交配权的，应该是综合素质上较差的，只有三条出路：禁欲，同性恋

有异性交配权的，也不代表能从异性交配中得到快乐，比如父系社会的大部份女性，和
母系社会中的大部分男性，其实就是生育工具而已。同性恋并不代表不能生育， 不去
生育。就像人不爱吃药，化疗等等，但为了保命，也会吃药等等。所以种延续是一格自
平衡系统，人类这么几千年，绝不会因为同性恋灭种。同性恋数目应该是动态平衡的。
另外同性恋有基因原因 （congenital condition), 并不一定是遗传的（hereditary),

1、胆固醇对于身体功能是必不可少的
细胞膜的构建，维护和正常运作需要胆固醇。没有胆固醇，你的细胞将难以发
挥作用。胆固醇也帮助生产有利于消化脂肪的胆汁。胆汁有助于代谢脂溶性维生素
A，D，E和K。而所有这些脂溶性维生素和胆固醇一起存在于蛋黄中。
2、身体产生的胆固醇比吃的多
血液中的胆固醇主要来自肝脏和饮食。身体产生的胆固醇数量与摄入的多少有

一、《余光中：中文的常态与变态》

自五四新文化运动以来，七十年间，中文的变化极大。一方面，优秀的作家与学者
笔下的白话文愈写愈成熟，无论表情达意或是分析事理，都能运用自如。另一方面，道
地的中文，包括文言文与民间文学的白话文，和我们的关系日渐生疏，而英文的影响，
无论来自直接的学习或是间接的潜移默化，则日渐显著，因此一般人笔下的白话文，西
化的病态日渐严重。一般人从大众传媒学到的，不仅是流行的观念，还有那些观念赖以
包装的种种说法；有时，那些说法连高明之士也抗拒不了。今日的中文虽因地区不同而
互见差异，但共同的趋势都是繁琐与生硬，例如中文本来是说「因此」，现在不少人却
爱说「基于这个原因」；本来是说「问题很多」，现在不少人却爱说「有很多问题存在
」。对于这种化简为繁、以拙代巧的趋势，有心人如果不及时提出警告，我们的中文势
