背景： 清华特别研究员职位. 这个特聘研究员是老体系中的新track，设立目的希望按
照美国tenure－track教职选拔有潜力和能力的青年学者。国内几所top高校在试行（每
个学校的具体情况也不尽相同），相信以后会推广。对于中国的科研改革总体来讲是一
件有益的事情。给年轻人独立权和一定的压力，也有利于人才成长。特聘研究员享受正
教授职称（包括申请基金和对外交流），3－6年后评审，过的话就为正式tenure正教授
，不过的话自谋生路吧。每年这个职位的要求都好像在提高，依我鄙见，今年招聘的特
聘研究员的学术背景和成果基本跟美国一般学校的AP相当（有人已经有美国的offer）
。

be there during the inspection.
Make sure you watch closely to the closing cost. most of them are negotiable
. Your agent make a lot of money out it. Sometime this can even exceed their
commission.
One last thing, watch for flood zone, houses older than 1979 (asbestos, lead
paint and such), and radon level

its engine.
About the leak, you have got to understand it only leaks because you have
engine oil in the engine. So let it leak till it is all dried out and then
it is like a new car again so Congts! |
