是voltage in, 也不用conjugate
我的理解是那如果两者之间直接ac couple，因为mixer 的 input impedemce 并不是
LNA output impedance 的 conjugate，所以LNA的 gain 肯定会有所降低吧，那么我们
有必要调整mixer 的size ，是gain 不至于太小吧，而且nf不太大，整个系统的 nf最
小？ |

至于是site specific conjugation是不是就一定好这是有争议的。很多人说这并不重
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~确实没啥solid的证据
但是从fda看来site specific conjugation好控制质量和生产
所以可能容易批准一些
要。目前为止并没有多少数据支持site specific明显优越于random的conjugation. 对
于stability更重要的是drug load, drug load太高的话stability明显降低。据说
Wyeth的mylotag的问题主要就是这个原因。虽然现在主流意见是当时用的hydrozone
linker不够稳定，但是现在pfizer有个phase 3 ADC用了同样的linker就没有这个问题。

天天的体重与身高分别是73%与90%，较两个月时的86%与88%是有升有降。元元的体重与
身高分别是39%与72%，较两个月时的67%与85%，总体都下降了，这就是吃饭不好好吃的
直接后果！
天天基本还是遵循好好吃快快吃多多吃的习惯，既能吃又能睡，总的说来没什么出入。
可元元小家伙就不行了，每次喂奶对我们来说都是艰巨的任务，对他来说是吃玩快乐着
。常常是一边吃一边东顾西望，扭来转去，急了也凶他两句，他还咧着大嘴对你笑，四
盎司的量他总远都是留点尾巴塞不进去，硬塞吧，他可怜巴巴的大眼睛饱含泪水看着你
，发出呜呜哀求声，逼急了，他会奋力反抗，发出杀猪般的叫声，现在的他与三个月前

because the explanation of gustar verbs and reflexive verbs are not clear.
So I started using Duolingo to learn basic vocabulary. It is a very good app
. You can learn simple sentences to pick up basic vocabulary by topic. You

Transfect一般是指各种artificial的手段给动物细胞内导入外源的基因片段.
Transduction ,conjugation涉及的是细菌间的基因转移,不关真核细胞的事.
1. 转化(Transformation).受体菌直接摄取供体菌游离DNA片段,转化的DNA片段可以是细
菌溶解 释放,也可以是人工提取. 摄取能力称为感受态 competence.应用吗,可以讲是最
早证实了DNA是遗传物质的Griffith的肺炎球菌实验.
2.转导 (Transduction). 温和噬菌体介导的遗传物质从供体菌到受体菌的转移.这里强调
的是temperate phage, 不是指溶原性噬菌体lysogenic phage.作用是细菌自发获得一些
新的protein,eg. toxin or antigen.
3.接合(Conjugation). 是plasmids介导的细胞间接触,是供体菌遗传物质进入受体菌.供
体菌遗传物质不一定就非是供体菌的gene,也可能只是供体菌的质粒transfer到rece |

某种Gram-菌的一个isolate/strain，通过conjugation转进了shuttle vector之后
抽质粒用的是Qiagen mini-prep kit
跑电泳发现是很亮的smear
作为对照，该种菌的另外一个isolate/strain同时进行了conjugation和plasmid
extraction得到了清晰的质粒超螺旋条带
做了几次都是这样
现在有点迷糊，不知道可能的问题所在

因为没法（或者很难）把蛋白A偶联到sepharose beads上，但是有commercially
available biotinylated protein A可以直接买（sepharose conjugated with
streptavidin当然也有卖），所以计划通过streptavidin+biotin搭桥，间接把protein
A
结合到sepharose beads上（sepharose-streptavidin + biotin-protein A），然后装
填柱子，然后apply protein B/C/D。
从来没做过avidin+biotin相关的实验，请问有朋友做过类似的么？streptavidin+
biotin的结合够强壮么？
假设 protein C可以与protein A结合，最后形成sepharose-streptavidin + biotin-
