all of them to an university. The transferred credits were considered as
lower-level courses and I needed to take the upper-level courses at the
university. combining the credits gained in China, I received my 本科 in
three years later. My way to save money at the community college was to take
classes in summer,online, and with non faculty member. I spent less $10k to

我主要有三个担心:
1) 怀孕最初两三周的高血糖对baby的影响(之后才开始控制的)
diabetic specialist and OB 都不是很concern. 因为我的前三个月A1C是5.5,虽然偏
高,但还是在正常范围 (4.9 - 6.0, truly normal 是 4.8 - 5.4)
2) 最近一周服用中药对baby的影响.
从你的回复,我多少放心了一些.
3) as long as I continue my pregnancy, 我是不会再吃中药了,
这样我只能求助于大剂量胰岛素. specialist 说胰岛素对baby没有影响,但是中医说,
大剂量的胰岛素对我的身体是摧残.我也不能不把孩子养大就走呀.
只能怪我自己太大意了. 生完孩子后,我和先生总是为鸡毛蒜皮的小事吵架,本来是很欢
乐得日子,我却很抑郁,很多conmunication 都 broken了.其实我们是彼此十分关心的.
真是说的人无远虑,必有近忧. 现在回想起来,我错过了最好的治疗时间,都没有办法后
悔了.

学校学的conmunication skill就是扯淡～反正我没觉得有多大帮助
我自己经验就是人和人之间的交流就是比气场。极端点的例子：同样一个病人，last
name你没听清楚，如果你笑着脸让他重说一边，他就会觉得你很弱，然后做出很生气的
样子欺负你；如果你板着脸很拽显得自己很忙，他就会朝你笑，说“I am sorry”，然
后很配合的重复一遍。以前做过TA的时候，我们老师就说对学生不能太nice，否则学生
会觉得你很好欺负，就是这个道理。此外一旦你气场弱了，病人就会觉得你不可信，再
加上你是新面孔，他就会找他认识的tech。
我自己的办法就是：常用的语句要字正腔圆底气十足，至少开头要把场面镇住。就算完
全没听懂病人在说什么，心里小鹿乱撞，也不要陪笑脸，保持镇定，让他等一下，然后
找人帮忙。病人只在意能不能按时拿到药，至于你笑不笑，没人在乎。
说个题外话，最头痛的病人就是八九十岁，脾气暴躁，说话不清，听力减退的病人，吃
的药还特别多。我不是歧视，我说不定也会有这一天，但真的是很头痛。讲话发音完全
不是人 |
