我的hp laptop 早上突然不能上网了，网络连接显示的是 unidentified connection,
local only，重起了几次，还是不行。我用的是有线上网。前一天晚上还是好好的，
可以上网。 打开我的旧 Lenovo laptop,试了一下，可以上网。但是旧的laptop 有些
老了，比较慢。
请教一下，unidentified connection可能是什么原因？是不是网卡坏了？ 还是什么
设置的问题？

I have a very strange problem about the Remote Desktop Connection between my
laptop and the server. I have a win2k-pro on my laptop and I can ping the
Server, in addition I can use TightVNC to connect to the server. So looks like
I have no network problem between my laptop and the server.
Furthermore, I can telnet the server port 3389, the same server can be
accessed by Remote Desktop Connection from my co-worker's laptop using same
settings, so it's not the problem on server either.

To switch a secondary database if the primary database is
down, just test it whether you make a connection to primary
database otherwise you will get SQLException. If you fail
to connect to the primary database, then you use the
secondary. In Oracle, you can set the state of a oracle
instance be offline.

bind a socket ,then listen and connect.
The problem is , after the client side is shutdown, it needs to re-connect.
But after I "closesocket", how can i re-setup this connection ?
My process is "open socket again" ->setsockopt->bind, but the "bind" just
fails and complains that the port is in use. Wierd! I have already shutdown
the socket use "closesocket", there should not be such problem at all...
can anyone help?

题了，显然是路由无法到达对方导致connect()失败，试过用route添加路由还是不行，
也试过改成非阻塞connect()也不行。

raw file and generate an output to the connection level? As far as I know,
tcpdump only gives the record of each packet, but I just want to summarize
these packets to connection level. For example, the duration time, bytes sent
