这两个完全不同。
我刚才以为你说的是“鉴定”-identify，比如用ChIP-seq；这个应该叫
identification，而不是prediction吧？我相信MACS这样的软件
open to all species吧？只要你提供Sea Urchin的genome就可以了吧？
但如果你说的是“预测”-prediction，坦白说我觉得很不靠谱；但是也有很多类似的
research，基本逻辑估计也是基于一堆ChIP-seq的“鉴定”出来的TFBS，算出motif (
比如-TAAA-), 这个是training data；然后拿到新的感兴趣的数据里去test？
2. 关于神经系统的genetic variation；其实我只是工作中遇到过，并没有系统去研究
，虽然也觉得有意思。
我做neurology的（但坦白说neurology的人其实不太懂neuroscience，两个不同行当）

Steinberger这么重要,怎么就miss掉了parity violation这个实验的第二个方案呢?

地方法院输了，但上诉法院驳回了地方法院的判决。
跟flint的那个案子一样，flint也是输了地方法院，但赢了最高法院。
conservative反倒是更珍视言论自由的权力，liberal的白左反倒是主张限制言论自由
，比如在hate speech的问题上，白左是主张hate speech不受言论自由保护，而
conservative反倒主张hate speech是受言论自由保护的，目前的法律下还是hate
speech属于言论自由的。

, simply because this seems to be nothing more than a political gimmick that
he used to please his supporters, as he is seeking reelection in two years.
It's impossible to repeal DOMA, with the current republican majority in the
House. The president himself never promised to repeal DOMA and he opposed
gay marriage, although he did promise and actually achieve to repeal DADT.
