貌似full equity method听复杂，大公司做consolidation的时候一般都用full equity
method还是简化了的partial equity mothod？
最近在看这方面的书，看那个full equity method觉得头都大了。现实中操作起来几十
上百家子公司全资非全资那不是很麻烦？
还是大公司都有一套流程，很多人同时在做，而且现在都用专业的软件做，其实用full
equity method还是partial equity mothod并没有什么区别？很多东西都 predefine
好了，做起来其实也不是那么复杂？真正琐碎的其实是相互之间的reconciliation?
很多人同时做的话一般是怎么分工的？每个人负责一定数量的子公司，还是每个人负责
一定数量的accoutns?

的话最后consolidation的时候还要back out所有investment account adjustments,那
不是多此一举吗？
不知道是在大公司做过consolidation的人不多，还是我的问的不太清楚，懂行的人看
着象外行的提问，不知道如何回复？
很久以前在学校学过，但是貌似2009年有了新的规定要用acquisition method,之前都
是purchase method, 或pooling of interest。
书上的例子都是很简单的两个affiliates之间的交易，不知道实际操作中是怎么很多相
互间的交易是怎么track和eliminate的？

但是收到一家叫做Meadowbrook Financial Corp的信说可以提供
$60,000 Debt Consolidation Loan at 3.18%
我打电话过去问，他们说这个60K的credit line和3.18%的rate都是pre-approved，就
是只要我要就肯定有。
3.18%对于我来说是一个很低的rate，我的capital可以很容得到比这个高的yield。所
以如果这个offer是真的话，我很想跟他们借这这个loan。
但是觉得3.18%的rate有点too good to be true。房屋贷款那种有secured loan的rate
也就是3%左右。如果我自己去银行借unsecured personal loan，利率应该是8%以上。
这家公司怎么可能以3%这么低的利率借给我unsecured loan？
这里面有没有什么scam啊？ |

是用集装箱比较好。UPS 这个 consolidate air freight，100公斤的50cmx50cmx50cm
的箱子，从深圳到洛杉矶，三天到，才2600人民币。不过不太清楚是不是包括报关手续
费。最底限度好像是70公斤。不到这个重量会让你用air express，贵得要死。
这个是空港至空港的服务，如果需要door to door可以在加额外的服务费。不过2600这
个价钱，100公斤，我觉得挺便宜的。在fedex跟dhl都没这个价。不知道ups是怎么做到

是不是MM故意操纵压低，还是MM先逃一步，说不清楚。
高油价肯定是让各大板块的利润生产有了变化，
比如油价高了，买ipad的热情可能就少点了吧，呵呵，这么说是不是很野鸡？
但是整体经济受到多大的伤害，还说不清楚，也可能伤害很小，只不过是利润流入能源
板块去了。
不过我觉得这个调整，还没有恐慌，因为汇市没有什么大的变化。
钱还是在找出路，比如这两天 IBM XLU就创新高突破了，而且XLU的option特别是有的
strike pirce的CALL都是上五千个/每天的成交。
真要大调整，还是等到各大板块和DOW 30都往下跳再说吧。 |
