Collusion 只是一种 colloquial expression，它本身不是个罪名，只是大家都那么说
罢了，至于具体究竟是叛国？是泄密？是妨害司法？现在不知道，现在大家就随便用个
collusion 字眼代表。别跟我挑这个。
重点是，前面那人说 "collusion", in the sense of its general understanding，
不是联邦罪，这个就错了。
BTW，不是 conspiracy to country 是 conspiracy against the country, or
conspiracy to treason (or obstruction of justice, or what not.)
