shooting dock 可以看看youtube，挺有意思的，杆子要短，5‘， 5’6，6feet就稍微
长了。shooting dock 可以把lure射到dock底下，深处，一般在这种constrained area
，根本无法cast。动作到位，饵被shoot出去后，会在水上弹好几下，跑到很远。我一
般不用漂，有漂不容易shoot。
vertical jigging，我没查过，个人认为就是碰到大树，在水里，要把jig放到树杈里
，就要用长杆子。记得youtube上有个老头干这事，用10feet的杆子。可以伸出很远，
伸到树干中间，然后jigging。 |

on soft surface like grass everyday, we would. But most urban/suburban
runners do not have that option. Also, most city matathons/HM are on paved
road, so if you train exclusively on soft surface, you cannot even survive a
race without getting injured.
I run mostly on neighborhood roads (asphalt) because of time constrain during
week days, but during weekend our running group runs on a stretch of dirt/
