I googled the internet and found several letter templates for assisting

－预约honorary consulate
－honorary consulate会”面试“你，审查你的材料。然后会给申请表盖章，表示审查
过了。另外还会准备一封给意大利大使馆的信，说honorary consulate审查过材料，证
明申请人不会非法滞留意大利，blah，blah
－我们自己准备信封，自己邮寄给大使馆。这个可能各个地方不一样。
－大约3天后，签证和护照就寄到家里了。 |

新公司想用Premium Processing给我申H1B，但存在被consulate approval的可能.回国
用consulate approval H1B 入境等于放弃 I-485，所以不考虑。
我想问如果我真的被consulate approval了，能选择放弃而改用EAD么？ |

got checked. The interviewer returned my passport to me and told me I could
go anywhere except the US. If I go to China now, how can I get a visa
attached passport to return to the USÉ Do I need to mail the passport
back to consulate and get the visa stamp attached when it is ready or I
have to go to the consulate by myselfÉ

On Friday morning, coffee, hot tea, and some breakfast muffins will
be available in the lounge.If you like to meet and talk with them,
please join the meeting.
Actually in last year, CFA only got poor 200$ from the consulate. We

checked and I was also asked to fax a detailed disctription of my research
to the consulate. I was told that the checking procedure would not start
until they got the fax. A friend did it for me on Thursday.
I just want to know whether they will send me an email after they get the
fax? If not, how can I know whether they got the fax or not? Thanks.
By the way, is there a number from INS, by which I can track my case? Where |

Philadelphia. The officer reviewed my materials and told me that she would
give me one month visa and recommended me to come back on December to get it.
I renewed my passport recently. Also, my American visa was expired and I
used re validation.
It sucks. Why could other Mexico consulates give more than one month visa,
even though 10 years. |

they will try to make it possible in next half year sometime.

我在香港一所大学任教，这是我们系开的一个每年例行师生沟通会，我没参加，突然发
现meeting minutes里面的一段让我震惊，我拍下了，请大家看一下，中间谈到
mainland China的那段。
请问，这种写在正式文件里的话，在美国会视为如何情况？我不知道在香港这事可以怎
样应对，但是我感到应该做点什么，虽然不一定我自己做。
另，我们大陆教授的平均口语水平并不比local的差多少，如果不是还反而没有香港口
音的话。而且这是直接印在meeting minutes里，后面的feedback and action 写的是
会通知相应教师，也就是说认同了这一说法了。在美国真的可以针对某一无差别特定人
群下个结论吗，比如说“我们系黑人学生学习都差”？ |

warn you that you might be checked during your visa application in Toronto,
in which case it might take months for you to get the visa? He doesn't even
say for sure if you are going to be checked, just saying visa officer will
decide. I am not even working in sensitive industry and was never checked
before. Now this call makes me uneasy.

Toronto and Vancouver.

VO told me that it would take 3 weeks, and asked me to go to the post office
to pick up my visa when it is done. I am wondering if I can contact the
Beijing consulate to consult the status of my visa. I couldn't find any
email on their website, and the phone number they provide is the paid phone
line for booking the visa interview. I wonder what do people do when they
are waiting for their visa clearance. Thanks a lot! |

Apr 24 护照被打回，没有stamp,并通知需要寄到VAC并且需要额外的花费。
网上查了多种说法，有说继续寄到LA 的VAC，也有说可以直接寄到NY 的consulate并且
没有额外费用。
这里想请问板油，NY的领事馆还能stamping吗？我是旅游签，多谢阿！ |
