把车停在了DeAnzaCollege的campus上。结果给了张parking ticket说‘no permit'.老
爸说当时还看见一个警察在不远出跟人聊天，这人前脚走他后脚就给了ticket.老爸是
国内的驾照，在这B2半年，这种情况下我可不可以contest？ |

所以我找了一个树林边上停了。结果爬山回来之后发现被贴了罚单，71+刀，理由是red
curb。仔细一看才发现我停的那个地方旁边一根木头漆了红色，但是因为时间长了，
又是木头，所以红色褪了一大半，我当时没看见是红色的，就停了。现在的问题是：
1.我想contest，request trial, 请问流程是怎么样（最好是详细的）？
2. 有经验的人，知不知道，这种情况，可以打赢官司吗？或者可以减免多少？

或者说，我对流程理解有误?那么我应该怎么做才最好？ |

出现一个警察说那个路口只能在绿
灯情况下右转，给了罚单。今天上班再仔细看了一眼，红绿灯那没有牌子说（no right
turn on red），但是在刚下高速的
地方有个牌子离stopping line很远并且被树挡着，停在stopping line上车，根本不可
能回头看到这快牌子 ，这样的情况
如果去contest有胜算吗？还是mitigation，其实是觉得不太公平的。 |

拍照的都是不记点，不进record的，因为确定不了driver是谁。
但是你要contest hearing了，就等于承认了driver是你，
那如果输了官司就要记点进record了。

如果你没听说过defer，那肯定是qualify的了。交$150，一年内不再犯就没事了，但再
犯就全交。
你现在说contested，到法庭后看了警察报告后觉得不安全，可以临时改成mitigation.
至于如果选了mitigation什么理由已经不重要了。什么理由都一样，都能用。

，本来就不记录的。
真正的contested hearing是如果你事先没有要求寄过的话，有city的公诉人给你警察
记录，你当庭看。如果输了交全额，还有记录。但有记录不一定就涨保险。这是个误区。
Qualify是说你七年内没有要求defer过。 |

judge basically won't listen to you. He would watch the video with you and
say yellow light means caution, so sorry. He did reduce the fine to $75.
