发帖数: 3845 | 27 我那时一个Season才练到3.5左右的双反水平，也走了些弯路，最大的误区是右手用太
多，这样Follow Through伤了肘。刚开开始练主要是Self Feed，学会步伐，学会打non
pace ball，non pace的高球打起来最难。刚开始左手经常在Semi和Eastern调整。右
手non-brainer是continenal grip。现在偶反手遇到低球可以Flat Out，遇到高球也可
以Topspin周旋。也可以Slice，也可以很隐蔽放小球。而且，Aapproach shot拉开角度
非常有信心。
接发球：接一发应该最容易的，双反就是一个Block，Late点也没关系。
接高球或non pace的高球：关键是要Raise hand/elbow/racquet head, 然后要drop
wrist/racquet head，这个是Solid Contact和racquet speed的关键。
最后随挥要注意，彻底放松右手（assume你右撇子），我的tip是只用三个手指握。 |

现在我也来奉献一点个人经历。
我的行程是由美国前往雅典。我买了一张从美国到伦敦的机票（continenal airline）
，然后定了一张从伦敦到雅典的easyjet的机票。我是F1，有schengen visa。
在出发前，我特意把英国关于transit visa的有关条例打印出来随身携带。后啦证明这
张纸是非常有用的。在houston离境时，continental的工作人员质疑了很久，最后也是
show出这张纸，证明我是不需要过境签证的。不过在伦敦出境的时候，officer似乎很
了解像我这样的情况，没有任何的质疑，不过倒是问了很多问题，比如什么专业的，读
什么学位，check我的美国签证的有效期，问我是否在伦敦有朋友，去希腊干嘛，等等
。最后很顺利的过关，在护照上他们会留下一个大的stamp，上面会写有24小时离境。
当我们从barcelona返回美国的时候，也是坐easyjet前往伦敦，然后再搭乘
continental返美。在barcelona的机场，工作人员的态度叫一个差，而且语言交流有问
