我确实六年没有回国过中秋啦。而且我之前待的城市在南方，我们那里在我还在的时候
，中秋节第二天月饼都是打折卖的。它如果不打折卖掉，换个标签屯第二年你也不知道
其实，所以打折卖可能更让人放心一些。
另外，我们家自己买的都是榨菜鲜肉月饼为主，或者就是苏式的。什么广式的高档的都
是等着人家送。说实话，那些高档的根本没有榨菜鲜肉月饼好吃。

看这文件上的“特急”字样，估计朋友们都急坏了。
第一个问题，钱撒向哪里?
答:个体工商户和小微企业主经营性贷款，以及农户生产经营、创业担保、建档立卡贫
困人口、助学等贷款。
第二个问题，撒多少钱?
答:第一档，0.5%的降准，绝大多数银行都够得着。按照160万亿存款算，可释放8000亿
基础货币。第二档，1.5%的降准，假设20%的银行达到，按照32万亿存款算，可释放
3200亿基础货币。
