人来查bed bug以后（查的这个人当天也什么都没找到，说我们家没有bed bug），但是
第二天，我们身上就起了好多包，每天都会有新的包出来，到今晚（7月24号）才发现
了bed bug，原来都是bed bug咬的。我们住了这么久从来没有被什么咬过，我强烈认为
是那个pest control的人的衣服上粘上了不知谁家的bed bug，他的衣服在沾到我们家
的床垫的时候，bed bug就趁机转到我们的床上去了。
怎么办，我现在怀孕，还有40多天就是预产期，身上被咬了20多个大红包，又红又肿又
痒，好怕呀，bed bug会不会身上带病毒啊，会不会对宝宝有危害呀？……
这么晚了我还在这里发帖，想起bed bug都不敢去睡了……
明天我想拿着bed bug的尸体去找lease office理论，都是他们无缘无故让pest
control的人来查，现在人家把bed bug带入我家了，我和我妈被咬的都是包。

pest control不能省不能偷懒，首先不是请来pest control你就哦儿了，自己也有很多
事要做要maintain好，蟑螂神马的喜欢在undisturbed的温暖的地方筑窝，clutter就是
很好的地方，首先要把clutter给清理掉，纸箱子全部get rid of掉，进来的货的纸箱
子直接不要扔掉，那里面就可能已经携带。pest control来要把所有角落里的东西都搬
出来这样药能撒到关键的地方，杀虫的人没有义务替你做这些。刚开始要frequent一点
，之后数量control下来了就每月做一次，proshot的poicy是如果你每月跟他做，中间
如果发现蟑螂可以无限次要求他们返工，这点挺好的。你越是做的少，越是control不
下来，就越是给蟑螂提供了产生抗药性的条件。。。。另外光你做还不够，最好你们邻
居都要做，否则你就得把自己的那间封闭好，房子老的难免有孔有眼有缝。。。。这玩

Local的专业
鞋店，以及Dicks，两家店的店员都判定我是Overpronation说要穿stability/motion
control。这两个星期对照穿着跑了之后，才发现根本不靠谱。

句，有些Plant Controller 直接向该厂厂长汇报，控制该厂的财务和现金流，手下没
有人，其实就是一个高级会计师/财务分析师。而企业Controller往往手下有几个
direct reports，向VP Finance或Director of Finance汇报，是该公司财务部门实权
人物，对C-level和其他部门高管有较高的曝光度，所以升迁之路可能比Plant
Controller要好一些。

发帖数: 321 | 27 想看看蛋白A是否和蛋白B 结合，蛋白A有个myc tag, 蛋白B没有任何tag. 所以IP的时候
就是用anti-myc (9E10)来 pull down蛋白complex，然后用anti-B抗体做WB。
我的negative control 是只表达B蛋白的细胞（没有A蛋白转染表达），这个negative
control 在WB上看不到B，也就是说B和anti-myc抗体或agarose beads 没有 non-speci
fic interaction. 我觉得这个阴性对照是合理的。
可是老板今天非要说这是个 bullshit negative control, you should use mutant pr
oteins (known for no interaction with each other) as negative control.
我听了之后，真TMD要发疯了，这两个蛋白连是否有interaction的确凿证据都没有，我
怎么知道要突变哪里才能导致这A和B没有interaction?

Ct大多少才能接受？我要检测一个gene的alternative spliced isoform，其中一个
isoform 1 的扩增结果会被平时用的plasmid污染，另一个 isoform 2 可能会受
genomic DNA污染。如果检测isoform 1，RT minus control的Ct value只比样品晚3个
cycle（Ct sample=26, Ct RT minus control=29, Ct GAPDH=17），相当于污染物是样
品target gene的1/8，这个污染程度能否接受？
另外我的total RNA做过turbo DNase digestion，如果要检测可能受到genomic DNA 污
染的isoform 2, 请问RT minus control的Ct值比样品大几个cycle才能接受?

我已经来美国了，现在做的是control system那块
但是感觉我上的课，还有做的方向，和EE的control方向很像。现在基本上上的都是EE
的control的课程，以及应用数学开的optimization的课。还挺担心以后出去了竞争不
过EE的control的高手。所以现在在想尽量往化工的control那块靠拢
现在实验室主要做optimization，以及subspace的system identification的方向。也
不知道这个以后出路如何了... |

这是教科书里的，我也见过许多application notes用这个。
2个control loops都在那了（好，我不懂control, 我懂一点feedback).
右边的图是个peak current control的示意图。is(t) 到达ic(t)的时候， q1 off.
这个coomparator能做到。 你能解释下，ic(t)是怎么define的吗？我不是问它怎么来
的。我看得到出是从compensator里出来的，但ic(t)是如何就能在稳定态的时候，是is
(t)的peak 值。。这里的数学公式有吗？
ic(t) = (v(t)-vref)*Gm (Gm is the error amp.'s transconductance).
另外，能解释下，如果是这个current mode control, 原本用于voltage mode的
sawtooth waveform就不需要了？ |

很多cluster（比如family），而且知道cluster是confounder。有什么好的方法adjust
吗？GEE貌似不成，因为没考虑cluster 造成的sampling bias。
目前用的inverse probability weighting，就是给case的weight＝1（因为全部sample
了），control的weight用1/（cluster中sample的control数／cluster中总的control
数）。然后用sas的surveyreg
不知道还有什么更好的方法。 |
