发帖数: 554 | 5 convention center 就在chinatown 那区块，如果喜欢中餐，到那边解馋挺方便，再到
Franklin Square那走走（没什麽好看的，只是饭後去走走也不错，冬天开到下午五点
的样子，确实时间记不清楚）。
center 旁边有个Reading Terminal Market, 算是费城照点之一，里面也有不少吃的，
cheese steak也有。
love park 走路可到。Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Visitor Center在一个
district内，从convention center 出发，算是within walking distance.
天气冷的话，到Visitor Center 订个bus tour, 可能也算合你一天的行程。
如果不打算去其他景点，只去Philadelphia Museum of Art那逛逛，时间上還算充裕的。 |

baitcasting是mini conventional reel，后来又出现了low profile baitcasting。
只要casting rod够粗壮，当然可以装conventional reel，前提是你不怕累。 |

比如深海popping，就像你说的确实没有什么人用conventional。还有我们这边玩的
sandball，第一次还是老金带我去的，用conventional是不可能玩的。至于jigging需
不需要换手，那因人而异。但大多数人的体力别说全天，就是半天也坚持不了。控线的
问题也好解决，jigging的中途可以稍微停顿一下，或者干脆少上一点线，但这总是个
相对的缺点。 |

I do need to tighten up my setup a bit. There is a disconnection between my
mind and body when it comes to tighten my back with heavier weight. I'm
still working on that. After all, I don't want to get my back injured.
This is my 2 month training of conventional in between my sumo pulls. I
still believe my sumo form is stronger. So now I'm back to sumo. Maybe
conventional will be one of my assistant lifts.

三天跑了两次。第一次沿着Bay跑，到Laurel St. 回头， 再绕Embarcadero Park一圈
，大概5麦。这有个地图。

5 year swap:

etc).
