帮朋友问的：
他好不容易拿到一个纯文科的full-time（学位相关），用OPT工作了一段时间（雇主没
问移民的事），现在快到H1B season，他就在想办法让雇主申请H1b。老板很支持（美
国人没概念），问了一下HR，但HR回复说不支持H1b，老板就安慰他说会想办法
现在他查出来公司在两年前申请过H1b，不过是IT的职位，然后他的工资也是高于
prevail wage的（文科工资平均都低），请问怎么说服公司帮忙？
我个人感觉是申请H1B没有给公司给太多麻烦，就是申请LCA和交申请费，加起来也就
2000多块，律师费可以他自己出，说服HR还是有可能的
是不是还有什么潜在很麻烦的理由公司才不让申请的？申请LCA是很麻烦的事情吗？（
在有律师帮助的情况下） |

你的这个说法我同意，我所有敢持有overnight，即使一个晚上，我必须知道这个公司
是干什么的，已及他们最近要干什么，或有什么事儿。
从去年7月来，我个人的感觉是已经进入TA炒股更加stable的时期了。。我们TA model
的本质原理根本不神秘，主要是在计算money flow, value, overbought conditions，
oversold conditions。其实就是把股票的期望(FA)量化。
很多机构（financial instituions）都是以不同的model来确定进点出点的。有点
系统更精确，就提前进场，有些晚点，方法大同小异。有时股票出现暴涨或暴跌就是因
为这个原因。最明显的例子就是前两个星期发的FTO，HOC的帖子，我当时为什么敢断定
会有报复性的反弹，因为最烂的model也该确定bottom for |
