new edition is probably better.
It's a book mainly for MBA types and follows a "cookbook" approach. I think
it's good for people in corporate finance and fundamental research, but not
good for real quantitative analysis (in which case you will be using C++ or
SAS or Matlab anyway).
BTW if you don't already know finance this is *NOT* a good book to learn
from. The "theory" part is too concise and general. If you alrea |

Stepwise一般不会有预期的那么好。把他们都放到model里，fit一下，看看chi square
，取值大的那个变量。

crystal-clear understanding of the following basic Python concepts:
- Data Types
- Variables
- Strings
- Lists and Tuples
- Dictionary and Set
- File I/O
- Methods and Modules
- Conditionals, Loops and other statements
- Exception Handling
The good news is that you only need to focus on those relevant to data
scientists :-)
