le creuset和 staub的好deal. 就是重了点。All Clad 是不锈钢里口碑好的。"Copper
Core" 系列,整个不锈钢锅都有一层纯铜夹层，导热快且均匀，比一般的夹铝或只夹一
点铜的不锈钢，要强多了。如果不是还有可能要搬家，我就入了。盯这三个品牌有段时
日了，这个价格还是可以的。 |

中国人有个铁锅炒菜最主要的，其它汤锅炖锅好坏影响不大。那个啥dutch oven我觉得
进烤箱做菜是很有帮助的，如果单纯为了炖个啥买它也没啥必要。
不过。。。高富帅白富美的话就买AC/LC/Staub吧，不然配不上自己的身份。

18/10不锈钢。但All Clad 的这个copper core系列，中间是铜，导热，均热比铝芯的
更好。即便是All Clad很多人追捧的d5系列，也是铝芯的. 当然也没有必要最求极致。
只是这种天天用的东西，我比较偏好好的东西。 |

处的雪山倒转过来，我一头扎进冰冷刺骨的Kennicott河水里，我试图睁开眼睛，却发
现河水里伸手不见五指。这条河从Nizina冰川发源，河水里满是细如面粉的冰川泥，这
是冰川亿万年碾压山体形成。
“这算是阿拉斯加冰川河给我的下马威吗？”掉进冰河的瞬间，我脑中只有这个念头一
晃而过。

时光倒流到一年前，有过另一次阿拉斯加漂流，我在阿拉斯加德那利国家公园附近参加
了一次有向导的一日商业漂流，地点是尼娜娜四级冰川河，漂流的过程充满了刺激和欢
乐，但我的主要目的是为了收集冰川河漂流的第一手经验，为我们华人团队无向导首漂
阿拉斯加冰川河铺路。
我们对阿拉斯加冰川河漂流的兴趣其实早在两年前漂流美国科罗拉多河就已经满满了，
这里必须要提的是Kurt---队员们口中的老大,他也是磨房水上运动版主。如果不是Kurt

point钻了空子。除非你找个professional做个report证明当初的leak就是而且只是因
为copper line造成的（或者根本不是因为copper line）,而且他们装完后，你的leak
还是因为copper line,或是他们在做
的时候damage了其他设备造成leak，那么在法律上他们才有责任。否则他们只要说leak
不单单是copper line造成的就行了。而造成leak的copper line他们已经给你换了，现
在copper line也不leak了，他们和你的合同就算完成了。

mostly play gold and silver
used to observe gold/silver ratio as it seems to give some indication of
where market will go. I guess that silver is a very small and volitile
market. Its rise and fall is a barometer where liquidity is moving in the
market. But silver is highly manipulated so it is not easy to gauge.
I recently observed this gold/copper or copper/gold ratio and it seems a
