也好有共同的前提。
反正纯软件行业，没看出API有什么可copyright的，你是精挑细选也好，还是长期使用
的经验也好，常用的功能的API最后都converge在差不多的地方。apache project有好
几个里面大片大片用我们公司产品的API，也没看它对我们有一点影响。
再说了，copy个API就能copycat, 这copycat也太容易了，windows的API你都知道吧，
你能写个windows出来吗？

于创新性。
开发一个大规模的API接口有时候确实需要不少成本。要得到一个合理的基本正交的，
功能互补的API集，either须要长时间的考验，综合用户反馈不断修改，要不就得有很
有经验并对目标系统及应用非常了解的Architects。另一方面也有很多简单应用的API
非常直观，一目了然。特别是和现实世界有直接相关或相似的应用。
文档显然应该可以copyright。Rewording对于自然语言应该是很容易的。 |

你看了以下。
我从 UBoot 上面去掉了 serial cosole。这个是 dmesg。
时钟初始化是在 12 妙开始, 并不是 Linux 真正启动了 12 妙。
所以走到 systemd 启动也才 3.5 秒钟。注意其中有 USB 硬盘
访问，因为那个 rootfs 是在 USB 上面。仔细看 demsg，去掉
USB 硬盘访问，去掉 SATA 寻找硬盘，去掉 Ethernet 寻找
Link 的时间，剩下初始化应该就在 2 秒钟以内了。这个 3.5
秒钟很多时间是在和 USB storage 的东西相关。你只要
rootfs 不在 USB flash 上面，这些都可以启动的时候不做。
所以 2 秒钟启动应该是可以的，不需要特别多定制。
基本上改改 kernel config 或者启动参数就可以了。

好了，还是回到command promt里输入中文的问题，其实以前的文章已经讨论很详细了，
就是把"Language Setting for the system"的default改成简体中文(随后需要重启，
这不是把locale设成中国)。这个方法至少保证WIN2K自带的输入法可以为command line
工作。如果你的确如上设置还不行，那是有其他问题。 |

patent:你得知道人家有没有专利,专利覆盖什么.即使你什么也没参考人家的,但是凑巧
用到了人家专利里的技术,那你还是侵权.
copyright:你的图像界面跟人家到底有多像,太像了的话也有可能侵犯人家copyright权
利.
trademark:人家有trademark吗?你的产品有没可能让消费者混淆了两个产品?如果消费
者比较糊涂哪个是哪个,那你们还可能侵犯人家trademark.
其它种类的IP rights因为你们没有人家的内部资料所以就不用考虑了. |

however this is just my personal view. without knowing more details of what happened,
it is hard to predict what "worst result" you may get. So I would suggest that you
find a real lawyer. look up the legal words used in the complaint from her lawyer -

关的业务。

告的热情，而如果单单强调人的祷告对上帝旨意的影响和改变，也会堕入功利主义和人
本主义的错谬之中，唯一的出路就是在《圣经》的根基上，在肯定上帝主权和不变性的
同时，也强调人的祷告的巨大功用，神是恒定的但也是怜悯的，我们通过祷告不仅要支

再拿一个版权问题，我看这东西迟早也变成“民主”这种西方拿来打压中国的口号。版
权真的真么神圣不可侵犯？？我认为在中国能随意copy/下载软件就是我的天赋人权，
我觉得比美国自由多了。好，那美国就要抬出“copyright”，把这个搬到至高无上的
地位。现在跟你中国说“民主”，发现大家不相信这套鬼话了，过几年我看会跑来说你
