日本最高法院在2006年驳回麻原彰晃的最终上诉，维持判处死刑。
日本东京地铁沙林毒气事件发生23年后，被指策划袭击的日本奥姆真理教教主麻原彰晃
和六名成员被处决，为这件震惊日本社会的案件划上句号。
他们周五（7月6日）在东京一个拘留所被绞刑处决，成为13名与案件有关的奥姆真理教
成员当中，第一批被处决的成员。
奥姆真理教也已经分裂成两个组织，但它的影响至今仍然存在。

我的CHAPTER内容有一部分是使用了以前发表的会议和期刊的PAPER。想请教的是这个PE
RMISSION到底应该怎么弄？是发这个发表格给IEEE的相关会议组织者和期刊编委吗？

发帖数: 1367 | 48 现在很多期刊都 automate copyright permission request, 上期刊网站注册填个表，
说你要 reused test/graphics/media 是用来写书或者 review article，而不是
original research article，就可以免费使用 up to 二三十个图，表什么的。最烦的
是有的死心眼 book chapter editor 一定要你去找 corresponding authors 去签字邮
寄回来，那你的工作量就等着指数增长。我做 postdoc的时候给老板干过一票，光收集
copyright forms 就两月。。。,不过最后还收到了一套很漂亮的精装书，也算是个
bonus。

直接复制自己原来文章内容的也算抄袭，copyright你都给了杂志了，等于你抄杂志的
。你提交文章的时候，journal都会说你提交了copyright就归他们了。所以直接复制就
是抄袭。但是如果只是复述，那就没关系了。或者带上引号，引几句话也没事。 |
