目前自己觉得化学显影似乎更灵敏。而且blocking buffer, 2nd antibody 也许不受Li

那么一个cor是反推不回去的.
假如有两个时间序列A,B. 之间的correlation为rho（假设rho比较大）,有没有什么办

multi uniform distribution了，画图就行了，假设二维，则分布是一个水平面。
现在楼主又说“假设这两个uniform都是0,1的，cor为0.5”，那么这个joint
distribution不是uniform的，称之为multi uniform distribution又不对。
或者楼主想从两个uniform分布，以及他们的cor来推出joint分布？可惜这样的分布是

某一分布，joint不一定是相应的高维分布，即便normal也不行。
