they are watery, i concur.
try some hardcore ale, they will change your mind on beer.
Chimay is not hard to find in north america. Try Chimay Blue, or Grande
Reserve (same thing, just in a bigger, corked bottle). Rochefort is also
great.
Leffe should be just easy to get. Leffe 9 is pretty good. |

不是说一尘不染什么, 是各种帮助ORGANIZE的东西很多,
挂了WHITE BOARD, CORK BOARD, ROLLEX, ETC ETC,
现在装饰的东西还一点没有, 这里的另外的一个
FEMALE FACUTLY的办公室里就漂亮多了, 不过偶的办公室
还好不乱, 这里有个PROFESSOR的办公室,进去连下脚的地方
都没有呢.
可是偶现在家里就不好了, 还有好几个箱字没理呢, 摊着的东西

身不是这个领域的。当时就是觉得有趣，便把frameshifting的文章找来。之后断断续
续，从综述到论文看了一堆。现在有了一个大概的认识，但是对这个领域还是有些困惑。
主要的困惑是这（具体就是ribosomal frameshifting)是不是开放的领域，以及这个课题
真正的门槛在那？按理，frameshifting在流感A型病毒（influenza A virus，IAV)里
早就不是什么秘密了。对他机理和机制的破解对治愈或防御包括HIV，H1N1在内的IAV
都有"重要"意义。然而整个方向就几个组（Utah/Cork，Montreal，Umea, etc)在＂扯
皮＂（e.g. 漂移缘由，动力学，和机制）。在北美乃至世界范围内，Utah的John F
Atkins是绝对的扛把子。这片science是剑桥完成的，而Atkins和他的学生也是合作者。

Australia 2005, it has good aromas when the bottle is opened, but the aromas
do not last too long. The cork is, of course, the cheap agglomerate
stopper because the wine is cheap. It is full bodied with deep red. It
tastes bitter with some flavor of plums (蜜餞) and a bit tannic. Maybe two

喝都没什么问题， 这样可以一起decant很多瓶wine然后不需要买大于1的量酒器。
最后介绍自己两年前生了一个臭小子现在正在terrible2， 去年quit了工作先在全职
stay home mom。 还有什么该说的， 嗯， 初心依旧。

今年的新年愿望就是吃一顿法国大餐。但总不敢去，怕人家要求穿西
装，怕看不懂菜单，怕种种的礼节。于是每次有机会就是吃中餐，或
者吃意大利餐。终于周末找了个胆大的朋友，打定了主意去东村吃法
国餐。还特地去看了场芭蕾来熏陶自己的情操（那个另外说，原来以
为高雅的东西，原来是纯粹的道德败坏！）
之前还特地上MSN查了CityGuide呢。最后还不是在街上看见一家Fren
ch Bistro，就进去了。这里到底是美国，哪里有那么多懂规矩的人
？招待是说法语，我一瞪眼她还不是得乖乖地说英文。菜单也简单，
每个Course也就那么四五道，自然都是有英文的。唯一的问题就是法
国单词不太容易发音。就用手指就是了。去上一堂法语入门是有必要
的。酒的名字虽然繁复，但喝白酒红酒总好说吧？喝整瓶的话，稍微
了解一下闻cork的套路就可以了。
终于了了一个心愿，好好地吃了完整的Three Course Dinner外加一
瓶红酒。不过一句话，法国菜真的是好吃，不是盖的，我是赞不绝口
。什么洋人的饭比不上中餐？都是扯淡！吃完用面包把盘子都擦干净
